I was bought 2 whole bed set for my bedroom, the 3D material mattress is amazing! I never saw this material mattress in other shop, it's very firm and comfortable. The sales consultant is very professional and give a lot of suggestions on my sleep gesture. It helped me a lot and save my bad sleeping time. I like DeRucci, and recommend all the people come to buy the bed, although it is expensive, but it worth it!

I bought a sofa set and a coffee table from bundall store in Jan 2020, the staff was very nice and helpfull. They went above and beyond with their service, very patient with helping me to choose color and arranging delivery. There's no doubt about the quality of the product, you do get what you pay for. the furniture is beautifully designed, good leather, solid timber. Excellent shopping experience.

Relocating to brisbane east area, I was looking for a new lounge for matching living room.
The brand was been told by my friend, and we heading to their store in Logan.
Frankly guys, I absolutely has no idea about the texture of a lounge ATM! The staff helped me a lot, very patient to explain me how a good lounge should chosen with.
I ordered a grey lounge at end, cant wait to see it ASAP.
I have to mentioned that during the shopping time, another lady looked after my 2 little ones, much appreciated.

partner applied for a job, got it was told had to work for free for 2weeks. Then they set a 30k per month sales target and threaten to sack staff if they don't meet it. Avoid this place they don't deserve your cash.

I am very impressed by the old sales team in De Rucci Qld. I was told that all 3 stores were sold to the De Rucci Head Office after my purchases late last year. Many new management people were involved. However my order was well handled by the old management team. I actually met the old owner in De Rucci Logan store last weekend. She and a new staff helped me with changes to my last order. I am very impressed by such dedicated services after the business sale. These guys are still around to help us .

The manager in Logan store can’t speak English! Every time you asked her about their product or delivery she answers sorry i don’t know. The only thing worse than quality is their customer service.

The range of product looks astonishing . The salesman promised me will be delivered in 8-12 weeks. I made the purchase on 21-10-18 and paid in full. Never receive any notification or call follow up on delivery, Called the store on 17 Jan 19 all the salesman could say is will be ready in few weeks. I ask for actual date and expected date, but the salesman says can't be confirm. SO terrible.. How long do i need to wait again ?

We had very good shopping experience in the new DeRucci store in the Gold Coast when Winnie the store manager came around to serve us, She was helpful and had given us good suggestions that suit my sleeping needs . She knows her products well and is efficient in handling the whole process of our selections and that had eased us lots of time . She was also patient in explaining the differences in the mattress and it had helped us understand what we should be looking for. Was very happy when my bed slate came and it looked fabulous. My husband and I bought our sofa at Derucci in Brisbane. We’d decided to go there after we had exhausted all other shops. We found the staff to be helpful and knowledgeable and they even made us a freshly brewed coffee whilst we deliberated on our choice in sofas. When we decided to buy, we were told our order would take approximately 8 weeks. They phoned us just before the 8 week mark to notify us that our goods were due to land and to expect another call to organise delivery. That call came a little over a week later. Delivery guys were professional and removed all the wrapping. They fitted the legs on and placed the sofa exactly where I wanted it. All in all it was a smooth experience and I highly recommend them.
