We had very good shopping experience in the new DeRucci store in the Gold Coast when Winnie the store manager came around to serve us, She was helpful and had given us good suggestions that suit my sleeping needs . She knows her products well and is efficient in handling the whole process of our selections and that had eased us lots of time . She was also patient in explaining the differences in the mattress and it had helped us understand what we should be looking for. Was very happy when my bed slate came and it looked fabulous.
