VIC, Melbourne QVI had the wonderful Eileen help me with a gorgeous outdoor setting which only to find out it was discontinued and none in Melbourne.
Eileen made numerous phone calls and even to the supplier in Sydney who was able to locate this set and make many other calls to find all the pieces.
The time that it took to find it all, I couldn’t have been more appreciative especially because I really wanted this outdoor set!
And too top of this great find Eileen was able to give me so much discount which I couldn’t believe!
Thank you Domayne QV and Eileen.

Don’t bother shopping here
VIC, Melbourne QVAfter being given the hard sell to purchase a Tempur bed they couldn’t deliver it, we had to ring and chase them and got every excuse available as to why they couldn’t deliver it.
After 4 weeks of waiting we have requested a refund… see how long that takes..
Worst shop I have ever brought anything from.. Never Shopping from there again..
Complete rip offs
8 - 10 weeks for a sofa? What a lie from Domayne QV
VIC, Melbourne QVBought a sofa from Domayne QV in May 2022. What initially stood out about Domayne over it's competitors was the short waiting time of 8-10 weeks because the sofa is made in Australia, and not overseas where there is currently issues related to COVID.
Borris (sales consultant from sofa department) assured me 8-10 weeks even though he knew there were significant delays with the supplier judging by other recent reviews on this website and elsewhere about Domayne QV. With his knowledge of these delays, it was highly unethical for him to be adverti
... Read moresing 8-10 weeks knowing it can't be met just to increase his sales and commissions. But this looks like a store wide problem because.... I went back to Domayne QV recently as of a few weeks ago, looked at the exact same sofa and the sales lady of Indian descent there (without knowing I bought a sofa) WAS STILL advertising 8-10 weeks, she even said she had some in stock ready to ship, despite all the delays and issues with the supplier that everyone who works there knows about, due to all the angry phone calls including from myself. There is zero communications about the delays unless you call them which they then give you a new ETA date which then comes and goes, and you call them again and they give you a new one. Rinse and repeat for 2 months. This has been my experience with Domayne QV Conclusion: Do NOT buy your sofa here, there are better places to shop that deserve your money. Look at the other reviews here, my experience wasn't a once off thing. It'll happen to you too.Waiting time is ridiculous!
VIC, SpringvaleBought a bedroom suite in January for approx $5000. Was told there may be a six week delay. Accepted those terms. Stupidly paid for everything including delivery upfront. Received partial delivery at Easter (April!) ... and received final piece of of the suite late June. Service during numerous telephone conversations was unhelpful and at times alarming ... was told I would have to pay additional $ for delivery in spite of having already paid it (back in January!). Stay clear of this place - poor service and untruthful time estimation of delivery. Appalling and disappointing.

VIC, Melbourne QVOn 13 March, I purchased 1 lounge sofa from Domayne QV. Although I initially had considered getting the timber and cloth customized, I was advised by the salesperson that there was immediate availability for the same store model, so I opted for that to reduce wait time. I was verbally told to expect the lounge sofa within 2-4 weeks. I distinctly recall this conversation because I had done a lot of window shopping and been warned about long wait times due to COVID, so this delivery time stood out to me.
Since that day in March, I never received

Weeks turned into months and I was always not given an update or told to just wait another week. Finally last week (now nearing the end of June) after again being the one to chase up and update, I was hastily told my delivery would be arriving on a work day with no advisement on an estimated time to coordinate availability to receive the delivery. The operations manager — who was unable to ever call me for almost 4 months — suddenly knew my number well to request the remaining deposit for the sofa immediately. When asked if there would be any acknowledgment of the significant disparity in delivery time, she became rude, defensive, and dismissive. She stated I would be required to either pay the balance and set up a delivery time, or pay a cancellation fee for a product because it had been “custom made in Australia for you.” This, obviously, goes against what the salesperson had told me and completely contradicts why I ultimately decided to get the same fabric and timber as the store model. For reference, I have made purchases from other stores with prolonged wait times and have evidence of that (happy to provide if requested). Those stores were honest and upfront about the ACTUAL expected wait time before any purchase was made. They have also made a concerted effort to maintain contact with me throughout the waiting period to advise of updates or offer me the chance to cancel my order.Terrible customer service!
VIC, SpringvaleGot Tahiti Queen Bed Frame delivered a week back. Assembled it perfectly OK. Then to our surprise the middle bar of the bed just came off while we were sleeping one night. All of the screws just popped out. The Springvale store has been pretty stubborn as according to them they sell 100 of these bed so there cannot be any defect to this product. Attached the photos to share an idea what really happened. The best part is the resolution the Springvale store did - sent a guy to fix it. He acknowledged that the assembly was done alright. Then what

Appalling customer service!
VIC, Melbourne QVI was promised a 4 week delivery and 7 weeks on I am still waiting. After two follow up calls, rude and dismissive staff and promises of call backs I am yet to receive an update. Pretty much begged to have a part delivery of items already in stock whilst I wait for the 2nd half to arrive. Will never shop here again, deceitful and unhelpful. Appalling!

VIC, Melbourne QVOrdered sofa in December 2020 from QV Melbourne. Was told it would be delivered in March 2021. It is now mid April and still no sofa. Every time I speak with Domayne staff am given the same excuse 'everyone wants a sofa made in Australia', so there is a delay. Have now been fobbed off with a May delivery date. Whether this is May 2021 or May 2022 remains to be seen. Would never use this company again - they just don't care.

VIC, Melbourne QVVisited Domayne QV furniture store while in city and was very pleased with selection we are currently in process of building (early stages) and I’m so glad I stumbled into the store, never realised there was a Domayne/Harvey Norman store in the City in QV store! Beautiful shop with such nice prices at pretty decent prices for what you get! In great location too although a little hidden on top level of QV building. Very good service from staff as well. So welcoming, knowledgeable and friendly. Rare these days! They have everything we need furniture, bedding and all electrical appliances as well at rear. We are about 8 or so months off from a big purchase but will definitely be back!

Only pine slates, which are splinted a bit, poorly powder coated metal anchors . VIC, SpringvaleI was in the market for a new couch. Everyone I knew said shop somewhere else...I should have listened. I bought a 2.5 seat recliner that they said would take 12 weeks for delivery. Ended up taking 20 weeks. Now after 18 months, the leather is peeling on a head rest. Contacted their customer service ( who was punctual in replies) and told me it was body oil damage ( similar story to someone below ) even though it’s only occurred on one headrest. Leather warranty was 12 months. In my opinion $2.5k ( it was $3k ) leather goods should last longer

VIC, Melbourne QVChris and Danny from the QV store were great to deal with. Both helping us with the bedroom suite and also finding the right mattress for ourselves and our 7 yo. We left feeling well informed about what we were purchasing and compared to other stores around Melbourne we felt like we have received great value for money.
