Customer Service Administer Sarah was great! We are First Home Builders and were concerned with the process however she made it very simple for us. She always kept us updated and was responsive in email. Most quotes came back to us within days. We did wait 4 weeks for our kitchen quote however we dcan acknowledge the workload and we remained patient.

The admin process has unfortunately taken longer than we anticipated due to unforeseen delays. Jessica has made the process as smooth as possible for us and has been fantastic in answering all enquiries we have and helping us deal with an issues which have come up during the administration process.

Joanne has been great since the very beginning of the admin process. She has been supportive the whole way through and always responded to our queries timeously. She has dealt with all matters in a respectful and professional manner. Joanne has done a great job on following up on things when it seemed time was getting away from us. She pushed the urgency of our queries in order to get the process completed as quickly as possible.

I got nothing to say, all the works was done before schedule.
Finish earlier than I expected and the price not increase at the end as other builders. It cost me a bit more than contrast signed but because of my choice.
There was a some small confusing but at the end all resolved.

Most of our friends told us about nightmare stories with builders and how "unhelpful" they are. We saw None of that when dealing with EBH in particular with the 2 consultants that Handled our needs. Both acted Professionally and was able to cater on all our needs in a very quick manner no matter what. Our experience so far has been Excellent, they treated us very well and respected our input while offering options to make our planning as smooth and hassle free as possible.

Joanne explained every part of the process leading up to construction perfectly. Any question I had was answered almost straight away and there was nothing too difficult for Joanne to find out and assist in my queries. For a first time home builder I could have been easily confused along the way but Joanne kept things simple and made it a great process.

I'm 3/4 of the way through the build with Eden Brae and I'm extremely pleased with the progress. I love the daily photo updates. My site manager is amazing, Luke always responds to my calls, texts and emails in a prompt manner. His eye for detail is exceptional, always cheerful.

From our sales (Mark Maglalang), he assist us with choosing the home design that includes what we wanted in a home. Then we had excellent CSA's. First it was Emily and she's done a superior job, made sure to update us throughout the process. before PCI, she was replaced by Tanya who helped with settlement. Both were very accomodating.

The planning and construction with Eden Brae was first class. The stresses involved were kept to a minimum due to our amazing team. Our customer service representative was with us all the way with helpful suggestions and advice. We made several changes along the way but these were never a problem. During construction our Site Supervisor was always available to respond to any questions or suggestions we had. Nothing was ever a problem. He kept the construction moving ahead and was always responsive to any requests we made. We would definitely build with Eden Brae again.

We were very happy with Jessica Forrest as our CSA during our pre-construction stage. She always replied back to our queries quite fast. We picked up a few errors in our final PCV and Jessica helped to get this resolved as soon as possible so that we could get our build started. Overall we had a very good experience with Jessica.

During our process we had excellent customer service admin staff Emily and Tanya who helped with all enquiries. We had Foad S as our site supervisor who assisted us with any issues we had during the build and post. Only fault was going through multiple vendors for colour selection. Cost was decent but would've liked better designs for smaller frontage homes.

Do not build with Eden brae! They are conniving liars. We started the process with registered land back in September, 10 month on and we are still no closer to having a home built. We told them our budget from the beginning to qualify for the home builders scheme. They assured us it would not be an issue. We believed our contract was locked in and finalised until our DA came back and Eden brae have charged us an extra $7k in site costs (that were already $60k from the beginning) to extend the slab by 2 metres!!! The beginning of our build we had 2 different project managers and due to personal reasons were reassigned our third- Jay! I’m Definately that customer that likes updates and to be kept in the loop and jay did just that! As In every build when slight issues came up or delays etc (thanks covid) jay always managed to find solutions and make me feel at ease. We love our new home and had a great experience, Thankyou!

Moving through various stages of the project, the construction phase was most exciting. We just had our settlement inspection today with Gavin Hill our site supervisor. Gavin has been amazing through the final stages of our build. There where a few issues identified, NOT Gavin’s fault. He went above and beyond to get issues rectified of which where caused by the trades. We couldn’t be happier with the service Gavin has supplied through the build and the transparency of each stages etc. Eden Brae are very lucky to have site supervisors like Gavin Hill, who pull out all the stops to ensure you have a great home at the end. It is our first home and we had no idea how the whole thing worked with a home & land package. We were roaming in the market with lots of questions in our mind and we feel lucky to meet with Mark. He spent the time with us to explain in details how the process worked and what to expect, answered most of our questions in details about site costs and different building stages. Showed us photos from construction site explaining how things were done. It gave us a very clear picture. After the first meeting, we got confidence.
Our CSA Amanda is very cooperative and answered most of our queries in details about the land and building information.
She is very prompt and replies to any questions and always approachable.

As a first time home buyer, we are so far having a GREAT experience with our building journey with EdenBrae. The word “Thank you” is not enough to say/show how thankful we are with the team from Mark Maglalang (Sales), Kelly Walda (Contract signing), and most specially to Joanne Forrest (CSA) who’s been giving her sincerest service/support. Very pleasant to talk with and very prompt with replying to emails which takes out a lot of worries. We really feel that this is not just a “job” for her but a calling to help her clients and make the building journey stressfree as much as possible. We are now on next step “on site”, hoping to have the same experience all throughout the build.

I am highly grateful for EB management for the product, has been delivered above my expectation. After recently receiving the keys for our new Bristol 26 (with modifications), we could not be happier with the team at Eden Brae Homes. From the sales team working through our site and layout, the selection teams helping us through the fitout options, The admin team supporting our constant needs, to our construction supervisor Jon Vilo, the entire process was seamless and transparent, which was particularly important as we were not local to the build location.
