I recently bought a 5 piece dinning (white) table and I was quickly impressed by friendly behaviour of staffs in the store. They were really swift with the service they are providing. It is the first place that comes to my mind when I need a furniture for myself.

The store was nicely layed out with wide walking area's and a great display of products. The staff at this store go the extra mile for you as a customer.

The store is well set out, the staff were both informed and helpful, the product is exactly what I wanted and it was easy to put together. The staff did not try to influence the sale but showed me the various options from which I made my choice

I purchased a Bergen Blanket Box. Inquired online if it was actual timber.
Person said yes except for the veneer.
While there was some solid timber most was composite timber. And it is very heavy. Composite was not what i wanted.
But the design is nice and depending on
The kind of composite, it can do the job.

Also there was an expensive delivery
Charge. And I have to assemble it. But
I can live with this. I have bought good
Stuff from Fantastic in the past. Just
Hope this is not a downward trend.

Great products set out great in shop, easy to look at what I needed in the store, clean and tidy, excellent customer service when I entered the store, and prices are great.

Olivia my sales assistant was very helpful and friendly. She went out of her way to show us specific colours that were already on selected lounges.
The product range was sufficient and colour options suited my brief.
Parking was accessible.

I bought the Willow Queen Bed for my daughter, staff were great, picked it up within a few minutes. Assembled it in about 20 minutes, good quality frame, slats were easy to assemble. Looks great! Thanks Fantastic!

I enjoy shopping in fanstastic furniture it gives me lots of ideas on selecting the right furniture for a particular room in my house and the staff are really helpful in giving ideas.

Great store layout and VERY clean and tidy. Awesome products and I was able to put together by myself!!! We drive over an hour to get to Armidale and it was definitely worth the drive- heading back next week!

Guests are coming to visit, so we needed a bunk asap. Went online, loved Fantastic's range, and within 30 minutes, we were out with our new triple bunk and mattress. So sturdy, and very comfy to sleep on. Hubby was able to assemble it alone.

I made my purchase in store by viewing online and clicking for availability. Purchasing was simple, good service by the young lady who asked if I was interested in also another item similar, but I was quite happy with what I had seen earlier online.
