Strolled in not looking to purchase but was unexpectedly impressed with the quality on display. Walked out with a new sofa bed in my choice of fabric; thrilled by the fabric choices available.

Easy and simple instuctions to assemble and help is always available from a friendly staff member. Had no problems before.

I ordered 2 bedside tables and a bedhead from Fantastic Furniture, I asked them to phone me when they came into the store.. No phone call so i phoned them over a month later yes its in the bedside tables anyways.. Great i pick them up after they had to find them my bed head still not in store they don't ring 7 weeks later i ring them for them to tell me they have sent it to Another store!!!! Weeks pass still no phone call still not in the shop... NOT A HAPPY CUSTOMER AT ALL!!

The store looked amazing when I entered with lots of new products grouped together. I was easily able to find what I was looking for and the staff at the Griffith store were wonderful and knowledgeable. The products I bought were already assembled and boxed ready to go. The quality was great for each of the three products I purchased and I’m going back for more this weekend!

Accessability of store,availability of product and time of open during sunday is the best. The quality and design is very friendly to install.

I made the purchase online while standing in the store as I wanted to use my Afterpay, staff were exceptionally helpful and made the experience very easy. Our two seat recliner is the perfect addition to our small lounge and excellent quality! It's comfortable and supportive and I honestly think it is worth every cent.
