My expierence with fantastic furniture has been nothing short of excellent. Same day pick up, friendly customer service coupled with an ever expanding array of furniture and home decor. Did I mention affordable!!

They had exactly what we wanted for an amazing price. Super easy to pick up the item, except for all the speed humps. The gentleman who helped us in the warehouse was an absolute pleasure to meet and talk to. Had lots of fun building the unit, although the price really did indicate quality... The shelves in the unit don't really line up with the unit and the shelves push out the backboard of the unit in order to fit. Overall positive experience and we understand that the quality of the unit is what we paid for. If we wanted optimal quality we should have paid more

I recently bought a cube/cupboard from Fantastic aswell as a rug, stool and bedroom suite. Love all of it. Staff were helpful but not pushy as we were there several times measuring up. Store is always tidy and well set out. Good variety and great ideas for small units/flats.

I found the Hampton sofa and Kline recliner chairs I wanted online but when into the Preston store to check out the fabric I wanted and to see how comfortable the items were. It didn't take my husband and I long to decide to purchase the furniture. We were also absolutely delighted with the wonderful and efficient service provided by the pleasantly mannered salesman.

In store purchase, effiecient process. Overall experience was fastantic. Staffs are friendly with beautiful smile. Products price are good and valuable for money.
