Was desperate for two king single beds yesterday - rang Lucy at Northland Fantastic Furniture in Preston - her service was unbelievable. Was able to purchase a bed, base and two different mattresses over the phone in record time - completely taking into account the individual needs of both sleepers - her product knowledge was exceptional and her warmth and friendly calm manner helped enormously. She swiftly moved my purchase to payment and then called me immediately once payment had registered to have my delivery booked in. Honestly she saved me literally hours of my life driving around and around at a time when time is slim. Thank you Lucy for being totally AWESOME~! Looking forward to our delivery on Thursday.

We visited the Northland showroom on Saturday 2nd Dec. The store was very busy; however, staff were helpful and attentive and did their best to meet shoppers' needs. The product range was good and the showroom was easy to navigate. We purchased a couch and arranged delivery for the following weekend. The whole transaction was quick and easy.

Very helpful staff who knew their products and services and guided us through the options. Pointed out that we needed to consider the size of the sofa in relation to the size of our front door for delivery reasons. After expecting to have to wait 2-3 weeks for delivery we were delighted to be told we could have delivery the next day. Wonderful service.

We received a catalogue and saw a lounge suite we liked. We then went in-store and they had the lounge suite on display and even in the colour we wanted. We found the lounge suite to be very comfortable and after asking a few questions, we went ahead and placed an order. Initially, we paid a deposit and once the lounge suite arrived, which was earlier than expected, we paid the balance and organised the delivery date. We even ended up purchasing an extra recliner which was delivered on the same day as the lounge suite. In all, great customer service and an easy purchasing experience.

I purchased a double bed and mattress for my son. I purchased online....easy, and within 30 minutes I had my 'ready for collection' email. So Easy! The store man helped me get the heavy box and mattress in the car, I was so impressed. We put the bed together in no time, and it's perfect! Thanks fantastic furniture for having value for money products.

The offer on the web site/TV was nice. But the look and feel and sit into the Retro furniture, was an exceptionally great decision point. We only wish the waiting time of 4-6 weeks would be much shorter

Went to many furniture stores in the area and returned to fantastic as the staff where exceptional.

Unfotunately had problem with bonded leather product still under warrenty and was exchanged for a vinyl product which has proved to be durable with past purchases. Offering great customer service. Thankyou.

Got some great advise from the staff and finally got what I wanted on a decent price which is also good looking.
