Me and my partner went in looking for a couch, on arrival all the couches we looked at we were told it would take 3 weeks to deliver, for a phone call 2 days later that Jude had got us the couch earlier so instead of 3 weeks it will be a week. How good!!

As as result of working from home, I quickly identified that I had the most uncomfortable couch, EVER! My goal was to purchase a couch that was, comfortable, practical, affordable and looked good! Not an easy task! As soon as I walked into the store I was meet by an assistant called Jude and she made the process so much easier for me! Listening carefully to the brief she helped in narrowing down my options and then presented her assessment of my choices. I walked into the store and knew exactly what bed suit I wanted. It was not in stock but Jude went above and beyond to call around and find me all the parts to the bed suite and have it delivered in four days. I'm so happy with all the effort she put it. She is amazing at her job! Also super helpful with picking a mattress

Was looking for a new lounge and I went in with a clear view of what I wanted. The lady that offered her assistance was great showed me several lounges then left me to it. As I shopped around I developed a different opinion about what would truly be better for me. The same lady came back and shook her head and said with a smile this is not a chaise. I was concerned about the colour so she grabbed some cushions similar to mine and could not be more pleasant if she tried. My afternoon was made more pleasurable by the friendly service and the bargain I got on my new lounge. I would never hesitate to recommend Focus on Furniture to anyone.

Bought a Mattress from the Frankston branch and it was a pleasant experience. A majority of the mattresses they sell are Australian made and made to order - only taking 2-3 weeks. The one I purchased was apparently hand made in Melbourne, which I found incredible, and they are very competitive with their prices! I also bought a pillow from the store just as a finishing touch.

The service was exceptional, the delivery was easy, and I will 100 percent be shopping with them again in the future.

Great service, easy to purchase, change delivery date, great comms before turning up and pleasant and easy service so all round good. Only negative was that we were left with all the packaging from our bed which was bulky.

The young man, Clinton was fantastic, he had only been doing the job for a few days. He didn't know the answers to a couple of our questions, but he found those answers quickly and efficiently. A credit to whoever was training him. And I love my dining table and chairs and buffet.

Everything about my buying experience with Focus on Furniture was excellent- from the service in the store to the guys delivering our furniture...prices are excellent, nothing else I saw even came close as far as value for money and great furniture...

I have to start by saying that we're very happy with our couch and bedside tables. The quality seems to be very good.

We bought the items on boxing day sale - the bedside tables were in stock but we were told the couch was still on a ship. We were told delivery would be mid feb, and for the price we were happy to wait.

We paid 50% and didn't hear anything until early Feb, when we were told that it was ready for delivery Mid March. Naturally we weren't happy and went to the store where we were told that while the couch had been in in the Sydne...

I have spent many thousands of dollars with this mob over the past few years. Our relationship ends today.
