Would not recommend!!
If i could give lower i would. Would not recommend if you live in perth. Constant drop outs (multiple times a day), poor customer service (dont return calls/rude) and now wanting to charge me hundreds of dollars to cancel a service i pay for but hardly receive

It's hard to cancel the plan when people move out.
They never send across a cancellation form throught email. And they also need 30 days from the time I said to stop the service. As far as I know other service providers do not need to fill a canllelation form.

Customer service was excellent
Have only just connected. Cannot comment on internet just yet. Hopefully it matches the amazing customer service provided with my technical issues.
I had some issues. Mostly on my end. The team significantly helped to fix it promptly. Especially Mae. She was very helpful and patient until it was sorted!

Nice service
I'm trying to connect with Harbour LBNCo since my new apartment only provides LBNCo with no NBN service. Their service is fast and efficient, you can feel that they are really trying to solve your problem asap.

They're good until they're not.
They're a simple ISP, easy to use but if you're a more technical person you might have problems. I haven't had many issues while with them but here are the issues I have had with them, thus earning them a 2/5.
- Took them 5 weeks to connect my service due to the fibre distributor screwing up the NTU. Their service desk failed to meet agreed SLAs, acted dumb with me when I asked them what their SLA on escalations were.
- Their sales department fell far below my expectations when apparently my 5 week connection time qualified as my "1 free month ...Read more

Sales Consultant on the chat seems uninterested
I wanted to change my current broadband provider so I contact Harbour ISP via chat with their sales consultant. The person seems uninterested with my questions, and did not go further to try and sell me their plan. The feeling I received after the chat is like "take it or leave it - I don't care" kind of attitude. Either Harbour ISP did not pay their staffs well or their customer service culture is all this bad and unmonitored.

Flawless service
We have been dealing with Grace who's been helped us from start to finish with getting internet service connect for about 20+ sites. She's been an absolute gem, listens to our needs and delivers beyond our expectation each time. With the 20+ services we have with Harbour, we've haven't had any issues with them in relations to the service itself. Would definitely recommend anyone who's shopping around to give them a go!

Very friendly and the best support I have received from an ISP.
Needed to configure my modem for my new internet service and was give the details straight away. I had my internet up and running in 5 minutes. The quickest and easiest connection I have done.

Amazing service
I have had many interactions with Harbor ISP, especially Brooke over last one month. There was a lot of complication in getting my internet up and running - as NBN had to re -lay the cable which required complex covil work to get the NBD box installed.
Thorough this one month, Brooke was patient, focused on solving my issue and perfect in communications. Her timely responses and guidance helped me in managing the work done and finally my service was reinstated last weekend. She is a rockstar of an employee and amazing person to deal with.

Excellent customer service
My connection is reliable and strong.
I recently had an unexpected issue where the NBN wasn’t working in our area - Harbour (in particular, Rey) contacted me regularly to update me on the issue and assist me. They were apologetic and tried to fix the issue as quickly as possible.

Amazing customer service.
We switched from iinet to Harbour Isp with our Sky Muster service.
iinet couldn't provide any better plans to give us more data and with satellite on a stupid peak/off peak system we kept hitting out peak maximum within a few weeks.
Before I had even signed up with Harbour our wonderful customer service adviser - Aimee told me a few handy tips to help conserve data and optimise our usage.
Considering iinet customer service didn't even think to help us with data usage after maxing out our plan twice I couldn't wait to jump over the Harbour.
