Incredibly helpful service
My HarbourISP service through satellite dropped out. After doing everything I knew how to do, I phoned the HarbourISP 1300 number which was answered straight away. Aila worked patiently through a number of different ways to resolve the problem and we now have our internet running smoothly again. This is incredibly important at the moment as we live in a rural area and would otherwise be quite isolated. Many thanks.

Wonderful Customer Service Once Again
Following up from my previous review, I just wanted to say that the entire experience from choosing a plan, signing up and getting the internet up and running at home all happened in a matter of hours. On a Saturday. Tech support has answered my calls almost every time I call through. This time, I spoke to Justine who was incredibly patient in walking me through the set up process even though it took a while for things to load and fall into place. I appreciate feeling supported during this time especially for something internet-related that can be incredibly frustrating if instructions are not clear (it was!). Thank you once again Harbour ISP, I look forward to using your service :-)

Terrible download speed
This is the first day we have being connected with harbour isp. We are not off to a great start. Evening Internet speed was 19.6 we are on their top plan and evening speed was meant to be 82. Not even close. Over an hour wasted on the phone and no resolution. Not sure what to do now. They did seem to know why. It got up to 45 while on the phone to them but now it’s as low as 6! You can’t have more than one device connected at once even though we should be able to. It’s struggling to even load emails. They can’t expect us to have two years of this??? This is not what was advertised or what we paid for.

Bit of a calamity!
It was a huge drama for my husband and I when we first arrived in Australia to quickly and seamlessly set up our mobile phones. Harbour isp appear to have got themselves completely confused as to what was required - it took about 3 weeks to finally get our SIM cards! Ok eventually we got service but nothing about that exercise was easy. Since this initial drama we have cruised along nicely without a hitch BUT have found that more than one alternative supplier can offer us cheaper options for our needs (2 retired persons) which were not offer...Read more

Great assistance!
Pamela Manderos has been very helpful and a great assistance. We had problem connecting to the NBN and Pamela has been replying email even during the weekend. I would also like to mentioned Aila Sideno for helping us making the arrangement for Scott from Data Comm in Broome to drive 7 hours to Yakanarra to fixed the problem. Thanks heaps everyone :)

Good average internet support.
The service l receive experiences some buffering and can be sluggish at times. Recently required tech support which was satisfactory considering staff working from home. When placed in the queue for support l received no updates as to the status of my call.

Reliable internet with great customer service.

Excellent customer service provided by the Harbour ISP!! It was truly amazing to see how Hana Orr have dealt with my query regarding the home broadband transfer. She offered me a perfect solution and moreover retained an existing Harbour ISP customer for years to come.

Mr Tech support guy (Jeffrey) really turned my day around. His Customer service was patient, thorough and polite and not only that but he fixed the issue and within a timely manner. My NBN to the premises went from 49down/19up to 92down/35up, well worth my phone call! its good to see a company going to the effort to deliver 10/10

Dependable never any dramas
Since it was installed we have had no more than 3 or 4 times off the net. Any account changes or technical advice has been quick and solved situations. Staff have always been helpful. The one thing that annoys me is the slowness of Harbour ISP email I only use it once a month and GMAIL the rest of the time.

Great customer service.

Horrible Billing Service
I have been with Harbourside for years as a pensioner and with limited funds they promised me I could stay on their cheapest package for phone and internet to my horror they changed direct debit to suit their money hungry needs and increased my payments by 40$ saying they had sent an email stating charges will change how pathetic because I have a cheap old computer sometimes I don't receive some emails for that reason i dislike taking out direct debit at nearly 68 and caring for myself and mum unhappy with their procedure tell your elderly friends be careful with this company money means everything

we offered at that time for over 4 years, but as you can understand price increases over this time period are necessary to cover our costs. We only do this when we have to and we keep our customers informed with the increase. Horrible billing service
They charged me twice in one month. I have to pay $188 instead of $94.00. It was their mistake but I still had to pay it. Credited next month but as a stay at home mum im now short on cash.

Great telephone setup
Excellent careful service on the phone by Belle. It was difficult to program our modem using an iPhone interface and she did a terrific job. Saved the day!! Seriously, thank you Belle/Beberly.

Would not recommend!!
If i could give lower i would. Would not recommend if you live in perth. Constant drop outs (multiple times a day), poor customer service (dont return calls/rude) and now wanting to charge me hundreds of dollars to cancel a service i pay for but hardly receive

It's hard to cancel the plan when people move out.
They never send across a cancellation form throught email. And they also need 30 days from the time I said to stop the service. As far as I know other service providers do not need to fill a canllelation form.
