What a fantastic adventure we were able to enjoy with HomeGroupWA - from our first enquiry to the sand pit onto the beautiful house that we now call our family home, nothing was too much trouble and we cannot recommend HomegroupWA and their team enough for their amazing efforts to get the house built way before schedule time - thank you so much HomeGroupWA for a rewarding experience!

From start to finish, Home Group WA really produced a professional and efficient service. Meeting Dean, one of the sales reps, he really made as feel at home providing a great service where nothing was too hard or difficult. The support we received on going from the build, particularly the site foreman, Dom and Georgina in the office was second to none. We were provided with on-going progress reports which made us feel at ease. The craftmanship was faultless and was ready to move in ahead of time. The costings were spot on and all the staff ensured that any follow up was prompt and in-depth.

I am looking to build again in the future and will only go to Home Group due to their care, professionalism and attention to detail

The whole process was such a breeze, I'm in my early 20s so I had no idea about anything! My consultant Dean was awesome, really worked with me to give me exactly what I wanted and didn't pressure me into any extras I couldn't afford. I had two minor issues which were quickly dealt with with a call to Dean. I had no unexpected costs and only found two tiny details in my final inspection. I've been in the house for 2 months now and I have no complaints, the build is to amazing quality and Home Group would be my first choice if I built again!

We had problems from slab, bricks, roofs, staff behavior, superviser behavior and swearing of builder
Absolute disaster, they did everything to minimum and never fixed there issue
And turned our dream home to there joking home
Never build with them
Garage floor supposed to be 100mm and is not even 60mm

I love everything about our house, from the start to finish everything was very smooth and everyone from Home Group was so friendly and always ready to answer our questions.

Absolutely everything from the initial meeting with our rep Paul all the way through to key handover was such a BREEZE. We had a small issue post construction however HGWA handled it amazingly well which left us feeling extremely satisfied. we could not be more happy with our new home, So thank you Home group for an unforgettable first experience we would definitely build with you again!

Loved the design the minute we walked into the display home! Scott was extremely helpful guiding us through the process. Choice of colours and materials available were perfect - exactly what I would have picked. Building supervisor, James was very helpful with questions during the build. Was a dream experience from start to finish. Exceptional quality finished product. Would highly recommend to anyone considering building a new house . Very happy with our new home.

The best service and communication from start to finish. Could not fault the processes and service from all of the Home Group WA staff. We had the best experience building with them and would do it again! We have been living in our newly built house for 6 weeks and loving it, with no issues :)

After looking at other builders I walked into a Homegroup display and met Sujit...... And that's where it began. Sujit was amazing and all through our process was always there..... Ernie was amazing also making the process smooth. We are very happy with our home and the comments we get from friends and family leaves us with an awesome feeling we have such a beautiful home and would recommend homegroup. We have done already to other people....

From the very beginning meetings my husband and I were set at ease with how great the communication was between us and the builder. Honestly felt like they went above and beyond to answer all our questions no matter how silly we felt they may have been.

During the build everything went smoothly, each stage of construction went exactly how we would of liked. We even moved in earlier than we anticipated.

Overall I was more than impressed, I will and have already recommended Home Group WA to family whom I know are looking at building and show off my home to them with pride saying “this could all be yours”

Everyday is waking up with a smile. The entire process was seamless from Gareth the most skilled designer possible, to Matt the most professional and empathetic supervisor, to Emma the bricklayer extraordinaire, to Ken the guru of tiling and all the other professionals who I didn't meet but completed all work to high standards to make our house not only a home but a pleasure.

My partner and I just built with Home Group WA and we couldn’t be happier with the way our home turned out!! Our site supervisor, Michael made the process so smooth and we really trusted him with looking after our home in the building stage. I’d also like to say a huge thank you to the ladies in the office who we liased with throughout the whole process, they were all so kind, helpful and happily answered my million questions. Very happy with the build for the most part. The supervisor on the Job did a fabulous job. We're really happy with the final product. Some minor issues did occur, but nothing out of the ordinary. HOpefully all will be sorted at the 4 months warranty inspection.
