Very happy with the build for the most part. The super Dom had great communication and an eye for detail. We're really happy with the final product.

Some minor issues did occur, but nothing out of the ordinary:
- Some mistakes in the costings would have costs us a few thousand extra if I hadn't gone over the documents multiple times myself. You get this with every builder though.
- Some poor work by one or two tradies. The majority were very good though.
- Some times where responses were slow or forgotten. Again, most of the time things were very good.

Can't go over how well the whole build went, how much support we had, how fast it went and the quality we received for such a low price. So happy with our new home!

We have recently had hand over for our new home and everything went great. We received our keys just 5 months after the slab went down which was much sooner then we expected. Great communication from home group team throughout the building process and all staff were very helpful. We would definitely build with home group again in the future.

From the time the first brick was laid we found the contractors and site manager an absolute pleasure to deal with, always answered our questions and were clean and tidy with their building practices. The finished home is of a very high standard and we have not found anything to complain about.
Whenever we had to deal with the office staff or site manager, they were professional and prompt with all enquiries and the prestart meetings were a joy, not a chore as the staff are so helpful.
The cost was spot on and had no issues with final statements, all our extras were carried out to our requirements.

As a first home buyer this process was at first incredibly daunting! However HomeGroup made this process incredibly smooth and I could not be happier with my brand new home :) Thank you to all staff who made this process super easy for me. Hgwa they did not give us pressure from conceptualization of house design, interior design to the handover. and they give us timely update on everything we need during the process! Well managed and build within estimated time and budget. Very professional from start to finish. Regular update of cost and progress. The sales rep was very fantastic as well as the liason officer and the site Supervisor. Costs estimate and schedule completion time were both achieved within reasonable limits. We were very satisfied and would not hesitate to recommend this company to all potential builders.

For a first time Builder is was a good experience, was well managed. We did have a few issues but as nothing could be done when as it was to late, but i would have appreciated if our designer had taken a bit more time with discussing the layout better. As it can get overwhelming with all the information given. But i would still go back to them for the next house after this experience. (We all forget things or find thing we could have added or changed after)
The estimated cost was a little bit more then the final cost but its better to be over quoted then under quoted.
In the end the quality of my house is at a very high standard.

Build time was 5mths from slab down to key handover. Workmanship was perfect the whole build including keeping site clean. We had no issues during our build and communication was clear during the entire process. All our costs were contracted and their were no hidden costs or extra costs (we were first home buyers). We had a budget for PreStart and worked our additions into that budget. We are completely satisfied with our new home and the building process with HGWA, we would definitely recommend them and even build with them again in the future!!
