It was obvious from our first meeting with Adam that we were in good hands. Everything was explained ... our needs, requirements and budget considered. All workmanship throughout construction was high quality and there was consistent contact with Builder, Staff and and Site Manager, Kel. All issues were minor and dealt with accordingly. The final cost was as quoted and maintenance follow up with the company has been very much appreciated. As stated ... we are very happy with our new holiday home and would highly recommend Adam and his team to anyone building a new home!

From start to finish the build was well managed by Hotondo. The process was smooth with an excellent finished product. We came in under our estimate cost as well. All workers and Tradesman worked well to ensure the final product was exactly what we were after. We love our new home!

Our build was very well managed. Workmanship and build quality of our home was great.
We didn't really have any issues but any questions or concerns we had, the team at Hotondo were always there to help give some clarity.
Our final cost was a little more than the estimated cost. Simply because we added a couple things to the build, but they let us know how much the add on's would be.
As we are quite young, we didn't have much of an idea of the build process. Beth, Daniel and the team at Hotondo were wonderful and helped us through the whole process.
