Very Happy with the Quality of the House Build & the timeline less than 6 months including Xmas Break.Build2Grow were very Professional to deal with . No major dramas including little changes along the way were accommodated . Price was accurate to quote other than initial soil tests which were higher than first expected. But the test results, foundation costs were explained.

Our build was managed very well.
Overall the quality of the build is great. Only let down a little by the cabinet maker work which had to be fixed a couple of times over, and took a very long time to complete. This was a frustration to our building supervisor as much as it was to us. Some of the internal paintwork is a little average.
As we built with Hotondo who do fixed price contracts we had no surprise costs added anywhere in the build which we were very happy with and also one of the reasons that we chose to use Hotondo.

Design and overall heating and cooling options were fully considered before construction. Construction was timely with consultation on every step of the process. The trades people, from electricians, plumbers, carpenters, tilers and painters, to site managers, were efficient professional and prompt in their service.
Costs were maintained to acceptable levels and now after some time in the house, so many of their suggestions regarding windows and climate control proved to be correct.

We built a double storey investment property on a small 230sq block. From the initial planning through the hand over the process was enjoyable and easy. We worked with the team to come up with a design that maximized use of the block and still allowed for a comfortable house. Our house was completed on budget and on time. We are currently going through the process of building our second, forever home with them. We would highly recommend using the team at Torquay Hotondo Homes.

Michael and his team built our custom designed house. they were extremely patient through the nearly 3 year process! the finished product is simply love, the quality they have produced is 2nd to none. Michael and his team are all friendly and professional. I would build with Hotondo Homes Lara again.

Michael and his staff were very efficient at managing our building.. We felt at ease going through the journey. It has been about 6 months and we love our new home. I could not speak more highly of our build process with Hotondo Homes Wallan! From the initial consultation to handover we were taken care of and kept in the loop every step of the way. The whole team were extremely knowledgeable, patient, and accommodating (even though I was extremely indecisive and changed my mind a million times before construction had even begun!) The finished product was everything I envisioned and more. Spending the first night in our new house it already felt like home, and for that I could not be more thankful. Building with Hotondo Inverloch was fabulous. From the start to the finish Trent and Caroline were honest, open and extremely helpful. They did exactly what they said they would do, when they said they would do it. There were no unexpected extras at all and not even one disagreement. Caroline and Trent were very flexible with our meeting times and Caroline was fantastic with colour selections. During the build Trent allowed us to look over the house regularly and the tradesman we met were always friendly. We have been in our house now for over 2 months and there is not a single defect. Throughout my entire build I knew exactly where everything was up to, when trades where coming in and what to expect in the coming weeks
The finishes are to an amazing quality and the guys really treated like there own, if they weren’t happy they made sure it was taken care of
We hit a hurdle with the flooring which was not there fault but the team could not of been more helpful to rectify the situation
I was well aware of the costs and came in under budget which I was pleasantly surprised

From the start to the finish nothing was too much trouble for our wonderful team from Hotondo!
