The staff were all extremely helpful and easy to deal with, we were given regular updates on the build and they were always their to answer any questions we had. Our build was completed in a very timely manner and to an exceptional standard. Highly recommended.

Purchased our house in March and wanting to have cafe blinds installed advised that would be disastrous to go ahead as rendered Blueboard has cracked beginning to fall off, advised that this is due to shoddy workmanship. House is not quite 4 years old, contacted local contractor who was pleasant and said that this cladding should be checked yearly. Over six weeks I have been contacting customer Care without one call back. Would never advise any one to use Hotondo.

From our initial enquiry at the display home we extremely pleased with the degree of enthusiasm and professionalism shown by the team in Shepparton. All queries were answered honestly and in a timely manner. We found the entire staff very courteous and approachable. Nothing was too much trouble.

We had a picture of the home we wanted to build! Cardinia Homes staff worked diligently and tirelessly with us to achieve our dream with the design stage through to completion. The build took about 9 months to finish once approved. Along the way there were little issues which were handled quickly and professionally. The outcome is that we have a solid built beautiful house that we can call our home (which looks very much like our original picture). If we were to build again, we would certainly use Cardinia Homes/Hotondo again.

The build from start to finish took approximately 6months. I was impressed with the quality of workmanship in both the exterior and interior of the house.

The build went so smoothly from the very start to the end. We were informed regularly either by phone, meeting or test with photos of different stages and aspects of the build.
The workmanship seems to be excellent. We moved into the home approx 3 weeks ago and have not found any problems so far. Any concerns we had during the build which were minor were handled promply by all of the staff at Wallan. The cost was as estimated and as expected. We are so thrilled with the whole experience and have already recommended several people to contact Wayne & Keegan Marc.
