Product worthless.
I am a long term Internode customer, but over the last three months I have had literally dozens of Sent emails blocked or delayed indefinitely. Internode has an intractable problem that they cannot solve. Staff do not know how to rectify it, when it will be fixed, or even if it is fixable and it must be incredibly embarrassing and frustrating for them. The product at the moment is worthless.

Generally good, but some dropouts
I recently switched to Internode this year to try a different provider. I started having issues with the internet, and after calling they quickly dispatched a technician to check the fault. One bonus is no incorrect call-out fees which I was stung with multiple times with a previous provider. The technician changed a wall socket which was rusted, as we live close to the ocean. But subsequently we have experienced frequent drop-outs of our service over a period of time, but it seems to have resolved itself over the past week or so.
Overall I think Internode are a good provider and give good customer support.

Poor Technician and Customer Service with Volleyball Loop
After a frustrating morning with Internode, I would like to summarize my experience here for those would are considering Internode:
1. Their customer service did not provide me accurate information
2. Their technician could not do their basic job properly
3. Their speed at handling customer issues is terribly inefficient

uld give me a call before they arrive so I could quickly go back home and wait for the technician to come. And the answer I received was yes, the technician would typically give me a call 30 min before they arrive. And in the end, no, I did not receive any call at all that day from the technician. However, I received a message that day afternoon saying the technician had already came and installed the required cables. All I needed to do was to arrange a cabler to jumper the service from MDF board to my unit since I lived in an apartment. So I arranged a cabler that night who came this morning to do the jumpering. However, we found that Internode technician had connected my service to the wrong MDF board. And here comes the most frustrating part:3 comments

This works very well. Always efficient and no dropouts.
Company has always dealt with queries with exemplary care and efficiency. Staff h ave responded quickly and put a lot of effort into solving problems, keeping going until solutions were found.

Great service, great support
Early in the NBN days there was some periods when response was slow but as an old retired bloke I watch a fair bit of streaming stuff and never have a problem.

Unlimited data . Win win!
We were regularly experiencing reaching our data capacity so called Internode to see what could be done. They immediately offered us unlimited data for only 5 extra dollars a month and the plan change took effect within 12 hours. Now THATS Service.

Best ISP I have had the fortune to deal with
I have used Internode for 15 years now
The first day I was with them because spammers decided to release in excess of 12000 emails from all over the world to bust the system but they couldnt
I never have a problem with spam as it is removed for me to check out well before it gets to my mail app
The staff at Internode are always friendly and all seem to know what is the best solution

Mediocre speed, uncaring support, unexpected charges
We can't say we completely dislike Internode. It does have friendly support and competitive pricing.
But after over a year with Internode, we chose to switch our provider. Here is why:
Internet speed: 3 out of 10 (typically 4-6 Mbps). That is enough to stream a video and it worked for us. Mostly. A sizable download could take hours. And 4-6 Mbps is certainly not the standard anymore.
Connection stability: 2 out of 10 (regular downtime). Unannounced maintenance was common. Frequent disconnection as well. In the end we also had to repeatedly r...Read more

Best ever
I have had internode connection for many year they have been reliable and easy to deal with. Also the phone conversation have always been to a person I could understand. The only reason I am leaving is to cut back cost. Highly recommend.

Faultless
We have been customers of Internode for over 10 years. We switched to the NBN about two years ago and in that time we have had excellent connection quality. Two home based business's and two teenage children might be considered a good test. We are very happy with the service and highly recommend Internode to anyone.

Enough for me!
Reliability of my internet is good. Occasionally there are small dropouts, but nothing to bother me.
Internode seem to have a good handle on this new technology and when I need tech support, they are always very helpful.

Excellent Internet Service Provider
Internode provided the service we were hoping for. It is easy and quick to reach their staff by phone, who are always most helpful to help with any problems. The company gives credit for any downtime, which invariably caused not by them, but NBN technicians. Our internet connection was cut off twice by incompetent or negligent NBN technicians by cutting and/or taking over our copper wire, instead of building new lines.
Internode's rates are better than most other ISPs and so far the service we received was excellent.

Long term customer - terrible experience
We have been using Internode internet for a few years. Their prices are way higher than other providers. We didn't have many options because of our location but when we notified them that there are other providers offering more affordable services then they mentioned they can offer us better and cheaper service which wasn't possible to offer in our location before.
