internet has been great it don’t drop out to often either, they deal with customers very well and are helpfull, I recommend them It’s a good company thanks guys, awsome

I've been a customer with Internode for decades and never looked back. Sometimes it's worth to pay a little extra to receive excellent service, great speeds and a reliable Internet connection in return. They let you use a VPN service to protect your privacy, which is very important to me in today's hostile climate. Totally recommended!

The connection and service have been very reliable. I have only had twice had to contact internode. Firstly to prevent the wifi signal from the modem being available to neighbors or passers by which was handled with ease. Secondly my problem of yesterday re being unable to send emails. This problem was solved and fixed expertly by your Mikail Ford.

Have had no issues with service. Speeds as promised when signing up. Installation seamless. Tech support has been excellent when needed. Have had very few dropouts. Very happy with Internode.

Connection reliable - only one or two breaks of service in 10 years. Easily fixed via phone - not a fault of Internode. Would always recommend to others looking to change their providers.

I have used Internode for nearly ten years and the level of service and quality of connection are why I stay with them. I am part of an independent international survey to check on the reliability of my broadband connection and the monthly report card shows Internode is delivering at maximum level for 99.5% of the time. Calls to internode infoline are to local ( not outsourced overseas companies) Adelaide people who really know their stuff. Can’t be happier.

I have had no issues with "drop outs" or any connection problems, all very straight forward.
In fact if I had any enquiries at all, I have always found the friendly people on the Help Desk, very helpful.

Connection has been super reliable and fault free. The only issue I have experienced in 10 years was fixed quickly and painlessly .... in my opinion this is the best Australian provider out there A+++++ can highly recommend

Despite the NBN mess created by the Government Internode is a vey reliable provider, yes there is the odd dropout, but not as much or as bad as with other popular providers.
The company has always resolved any problems I encounter with efficient and speedy actions.

So often now the sales team is awesome and the service team..... well, in some companies under resourced. These guys are service superstars, easy to understand, patient and courteous! Problem solved by a human willing and able to help. Legends!!

I've been with Internode for a few years and find the service to be very reliable. As a retiree and not tech savvy, I've found that the people at Internode are the best people to help us. Any questions/problems I have are answered (in English) and nothing's too much trouble, so don't hesitate to put your internet in their very capable hands!

I have always been treated in a friendly and respecful manner, the service people always get on top of issues efficiently and quickly, and they have good prices. Any issue I have ever had was explained to me and the staff have never been anything but friendly no matter how many questions I ask. I have been with Internode for many years and will continue to use them as long as possible.

Connection has never let me down. Have been able to easily purchase extra data when necessary. Company employees are always very polite, patient and give clear explanations. I am totally satisfied with Internode and would recommend to anyone.

Great connection with no service issues. Ran out of data mid month and internode helped easily updated and get the service ruining within an hour. Couldn't be happier with my choice of provider

I’ve been with Internode now for more than ten years. Any time I’ve had to call they’ve answered promptly and been incredibly helpful. Can’t recommend them highly enough. I had to change my payment and when that was sorted quickly and efficiently he told me that I had an older plan and could go on to a cheaper plan for the same package. I really appreciate that I always get someone in Australia who answers the call and helps out. Great company

Connection excellent. We have upstairs downstairs issues with wifi intermittently All problems have been resolved efficiently. Were previously with a more expensive reputable competitor. Internode much better in problem resolution and don’t overcharge in billing

Have not had any major issues with internode and smaller issues were dealt with very fast and respectfully. Connection has been reliable with a few minor drop outs that only lasted less than 2 minutes. Happy overall.

We've had a couple of NBN issues. Most recently, the tech support person was very helpful, knew his stuff and I was not kept on hold for long. Much better phone service than we get elsewhere. We do get some service outages and I suspect these are not Internode's fault but are associated with the second-rate FTTN connection adopted by the NBN. Thanks, Mr Turnbull.

I have been a long time customer on and off as I have always found Internode to be the best not just for the connection but for the service and support. and I recommend them to all my friends.

When I call internode I speak to someone in Australia. They work through technical and plan issues. Waiting time is minimal. Service has generally been very good. The employees are knowledgeable.
