Speed is inconsistent, probably due to congestion
Since being on the NBN I have had very few dropouts and Internode have been very good in helping when I contact them. I would have expected more from the NBN given the initial hype about it. Speeds tend to fluctuate and can't get the higher speeds originally promoted for the NBN.

When only the best will do.
We have been with Internode for yonks. I cant remember a dropout during this time. If I have had any problems the staff at Internode have helped fix it straight away. The BEST provider ever.

Always can rely on great service
Ease if moving was great. Had our connection up and running on NBN within hours. So helpful and courteous staff. Great rates and always come out on top in my view. Would recommend 100%

Still Happy 10 Years On
After some initial problems with dropouts when first connected to the NBN two years ago things seem to have progressively improved and interruptions are now a rare occurrence. The best feature of Internode is there helpful and highly efficient helpline operators who can actually understand what you are saying or asking. Internode offers great value for money if you just require a modest performance at a competitive price rather than super fast or massive downloads at premium prices. We have been satisfied Internode customers for over 10 years.

Can't live without it!
My internet connection is constant and reliable. Dealing with internode is easy and stream lined. In the 10 years I have been with this company I have never experienced a negative outcome. Great service!

Happy little vegemite
My connection has been very reliable,no issues there. I have had a couple of technical issues and I have had to call internode for help they have been great and have talked me through they are very patient with me as Im not very computer savvy.

Excellent provider.
Reliable connection, great speed even when everyone in the household is streaming. The only issue we had was not with the provider or NBN - the recent storm (mini cyclone) hit our area and knocked the whole system out for a couple of days. Internode staff were very efficient in keeping us informed.

Meets all my needs. Cannot get faster speeds as too far from the node.
Reliable connection. No significant dropouts.
Main issue is modems being fried due to the long length of legacy copper to our house.
Internode have been most helpful and very efficient when I have had to phone them re these modem problems.
I have always found their tech people helpful, professional and friendly.

Tech support could not care less about their customers
This is by far the worst service provider I have ever been with.
The tech support tries to get you off the phone as quick as possible generally just telling you it is not their problem.
If you try to escalate this to a manager, the manager tells you someone will look into it sometime and one day you will get a call back.
The manager said word for word: "I will not follow this up with the technical support you will just receive a call some day some time"
Nobody takes ownership. I would not recommend this provider to anyone, even if it is the last provider there is

Still up there with the best.
Have had so many problems with NBN there are to many to detail. At every move NBN would try and cancel any request for support. I was just lucky I was with Internode as they have tried so hard to get problems fixed. I guess most of us with NBN would agree about them. I am glad Internode seems to have retained many of its top service specialist and nothing is a problem to fix. I am rarely given the run around and once I am connected to one of the many helpful staff things do get done. So all in all I can rate Internode well.

Seniors comment on Internode NBN
We have had no issues with this service - the speed was as advertised, and for our use, the the amount of free capacity is good, considering we are pensioners and not into streaming and heavy downloads. We've had no dropouts, and found that any problems, email issues, were fixed over the phone very quickly. The service saves us over $45/month over the old broadband/line rental model.

Excellent customer service, download speed pretty decent.
Most of the time, the connection is fine. Often drops out in the evening at peak Netflix watching time! Any issue Ive had have been dealt with excellently by staff.

16 years says a lot. Excellent service. It there was something negative to say, I would be telling the story. Many companies could learn a great deal from Internode on customer service.

This has been so good.
Rarely have any problems with our email and internet services. We recently had a problem with emails going to family members attributed to us but not from us. Nathan was able to talk me through the process of changing password for our account (even ringing back later to confirm things were working. When I then discovered i had lost my landline through node/internet, a second call, this time to Thabiso, fixed that too. Changing the password has fixed my problem. A very friendly but professional service. I highly recommend Internode, both for the service, and the trouble-shooting service when needed.
