I've been with Internode for many years and recently upgraded from an old plan. I think their biggest asset is their call centre staff, located in Australia. Staff are efficient, do what they say they will do in a timely manner and actually speak English. As the COVID-19 experience has shown us, supporting companies which operate in our own country makes a lot of sense.

Great customer support
We have had problems with our internet/wifi dropping which meant my work emails were not updating in a timely manner. Also some parts of Xbox One games namely FIFA 20 couldn't be accessed due to the wifi. Internode support took my through a factory reset for our Fritzbox 7272 but that didn't work. Bought a TP-Link 2100 (doesn't support VOIP unlike the Fritzbox 7272) and Internode talked me through connecting to our NBN (fibre). It has been operating for 3 days now and no drop in wifi speeds, etc. Have been able to access areas in FIFA 20 not accessed previously. Lost VOIP but no big issue.

We're very happy with this service
Firstly, Internode provided excellent service in our transition from ADSL TO NBN with Nodephone. The delivered Modem/Router was pre-programmed with our account details and the Nodephone line was soon adjusted to minimise noise. This service fully meets our home requirements at a reasonable cost.
And again, a recent request for help in finding the cause of apparently undelivered E-mail was met by firstly patiently walking us, an elderly couple, through our E-mail setup and then testing its operation. The earlier test messages I had sent to myself were then found to be in our Spam folder.

so easy to deal with
Internode has been easy from the start. They troubleshoot effectively even if I'm not sure what I'm doing and changed over my receiver to boost service without me asking. My info (billing/usage/ services) is all online and accessible.

Great Connections and Great Service
Having been a customer for over 20 years, I wasn't too worried about going to NBN with Internode. After a visit from a Service Technician to sort out dropout issues, I have only experienced two dropouts in at least 6 months ! Great Service ! Wouldn't go anywhere else !!

Having been with Internode for more than 17 years I haven't seen any need to change ISP providers, even when moving to Melbourne. The service is reliable with only very few issues along the way.

Very Good Internet plan
I have been a customer with Internode for well over ten years and as of yet not considered changing providers.Internode have always treated me well and with respect.I have found their plans well priced,reliable and with good amounts of data up/downloads.The fact that their call centres are actually in Australia and manned by people who can speak english fluently and clearly (unlike a few other well known companies) is a huge drawcard for me.Any inquiries are attended to in a friendly,timely and proffessional manner,as a customer i feel valued which is becoming a rare thing nowdays!

Do NOT get internode if you have an xbox one x
We switched over to internode within the last 2 months, specifically because of the ipv6, because I noticed that the xbox claimed to be more optimal on it. When everything is working it is brilliant, but since switching over to internode I have had daily problems with connection and NAT, problems I have never had to deal with in years of owning an xbox. After googling I came to the conclusion that for some reason the router provided TP Link archer vr1600 has compatibility issues with the xbox one x. nd how their engineers are "looking into it" that's been open for over a year. Daily issues, have to restart router and xbox several times to get a good connection. Tried to get a refund on the router from internode, just got put to a tech guy who did trouble shooting that didn't work (and that I had already done based off research online.) It's just a punish. Should be tried Aussie broadband atleast we wouldn't be stuck with it on contract. The net works fine for everything else but if you want this for gaming and are on nbn hfc give it a miss.1 comment

One Happy customer!
I have been with Internode for a few years before and after NBN changeover. So far so good, I have experienced very few dropout problems and consistently enjoyed close to the speed I signed up for. The other thing I like about Internode is the customer service. The staff there have been very patient and helpful with some problems I posed to them now and then. All have been resolved satisfactorily. Keep up the good work, Internode!

Good coverage!!
I have great service, but periodic buffering gets annoying. It’s acceptable for my purposes though. I think even if I upgraded it wouldn’t make any difference to the service I get, so why bother.

A reliable service with good back up.
I have been with internode for several years and remained with them during the NBN changeover. Apart from their very competitive plans they have always been reliable and they provide good timely technical assistance when required. I am yet to experience any drop out on my current plan and it is delivering very close to the specified speed. The FTTC NBN Connection Device failed recently. A call to internode had the matter resolved in very reasonable time. I consider myself to be a very satisfied Internode customer.

getting what i am paying for very reliably
have only experienced 1 dropout yesterday. Rebooted modem and had internet again on modem, but did not know had to restart computer also. When advised to do so, all is now good.

Pretty good except for a extended drop out the other day ?
Went out late at night and did not come back on until mid morning next day, upst setting in my TV recorder no phone etc hope this does not happen too often???

Awesome NBN
I love my internode service. It is completely reliable provided over fibre connection to my home. Separate phone service with internode too. Reliable and fast. The service when you phone in too is brilliant and helpful. Why would you go somewhere else? Short answer - don’t!

Now getting network congestion every night
I was with Internode for many years and had no problem, in fact they were great! Awesome customer service great pricing almost no down time. However fast forward to now, pretty much every night our household would experience network congestion due to bandwidth issues. Due to that factor i can not recommend Internode anymore.
I have recently switched to Aussie Broadband and hand no issues there, so no matter what they say about their bandwidth being fine or not their fault, it is...

Been 1 month since moving in still no sign of Internode...
Heard great things about Internode, so we thought we would make them our ISP. Unfortunately, been very disappointed thus far with the service. It has been nearly a month since moving to a new place and still no sign of it... been in contact with them multiple times for updates on our order to finally find out we had been lied to about its status. ith it, we will be able to establish a connection. Of course, 3 days later had to contact to find out where it was, still hadn't been sent out. They said that there was a week and a half delay due to a technician needing to come out to check our connection even though when initially making the order our location was NBN ready as per the website. Every person told us different stories about the order's status, would have just preferred to have been told the truth rather than being lied to and having our time wasted.
