Reliable and stable quality service
Very reliable with only a very few dropouts. Slow response to assistance request due to high volume of requests. I solved the problem by searching Internode FAQ and setup pages.

Internode service is great
NBN not as good as expected/advertised ie slower than originally advertised however better than the ADSL we had before. Not sure where our node or whatever it is called is but our speed is probably to do with the distance we are from it? Fingers crossed no drop outs so far. I have bought a new laptop too so that has improved the connection speed. After a few weeks of NBN connection Internode did tell us our speed would not be as fast as they predicted and I’ve forgotten the most likely technical explanation - but no complaints so far!!

Fast Effective problem Solving
Been with Internode for a number of years and have very few problems with speed or connection. When there has been a problem it has almost always been fixed on the first call. Good service. I would definitely recommend Internode.

No Fuss Customer Service
So I am a long term Node customer and this week it seems my very early Fritzbox finally gave up. Not only was both my calls For help answered straight away both customer service people I spoke had the skills to sort out the problem and later the same day get me connected again. Connection has always been rock solid and service, on the very rare occasion that it’s required, excellent.

Just increased speed of NBN connection after not looking at it for 3 years!!! Called and got increased and also got cheaper monthly charge too!!!! Very happy with internode still.

Reliability
I have had quite a lot of drop outs but they were due to bad connections in the street at the tee-off junction. This was fixed by NBN installers and since then I have not had any further drop outs. So now now my NBN connection is very reliable.

Excellent Service provider.
We have used Internode as our Service Provider since having the NBN connected. We have found their service to be reliable, and the very few problems we’ve experienced over the years have been sorted quickly and efficiently by their helpful staff. I can thoroughly recommend Internode.

20 years of great service
Internode has provided a constant reliable service for all the 20 years I have been their customer. During this time I have only had to call in for technical difficulties about 4 times. Each interaction has been pleasant and streamlined and simple with excellent outcomes. Thankyou

For what you need this provides
This service is reliable. My modem had given half a decade of service. Internode help desk has enabled me to get back online, when the modem broke down. The fault was tricky to diagnose as the modem didn't show it was at fault. Only a small part of the modem failed. But this is what was needed to finally complete the internet connection.

Worst ISP I've ever had!
I have been with internode for 11 days and my service has only worked for 4 of those days. I have wasted hours on the phone to no avail.
Constant poor internal communication has meant that this is still not resolved. They acknowelege that the authentication issue is on their end but cannot resolve it.
They then sent me a bill for a service that hasn't been provided. Then told me they would still take the money from my account as per their contract.
I have used a number of different ISP's all with their pros and cons but internode is by far the most incompetent.

Reliable well supported internet
Have been with Internode for nearly 30 years. Their service has always been first class and their Tech backup outstanding. The current and prior connection method have always been trustworthy. Whilst having been tempted by other offers why would I change that standard of service for a couple of dollars

Reasonable connection for general usage however there have been a few dips at times. The main draw card of Internode is that every single time I have called them over the last 16 years a person has not only answered the phone but fixed the problem I have. Every. Single. Time.

NBN needs to upgrade the node to house cabling
NBN does a test on Sundays. If gaming you get disconnected. Otherwise a consistent connection. NBN needs to upgrade cable from node to house. Would upgrade if that occurred. Internode needs to keep pressure on NBN to upgrade cabling

I’ve been an internode customer since the 90s. I’ve always had excellent service over the years and any issues which did arise, were dealt with promptly and to my complete satisfaction.
