Has been going well
Has been going well now for a long time, just lately though there has been a little drop out in early evenind peak periods. I think this is to be expected with a lot working from home and also students coming home goin on line.

My internet download speeds are horrendous despite speed test readings suggesting otherwise, but Goran did everything other than come to my house to change over the modum to try to fix the issue

ee people in it. My son never used our internet for gaming because it was so terrible and sometimes he couldn't even log on. He would hotspot his phone. Since the upgrade he said its better but still not super good, which just staggers me given down load speeds of 70-90 Mbps and upload speeds of 20-30 Mbps. One suggestion was new modum. I have a Fritz Box 7272, which is only single band width.

The service upgrade has been seamless, and very efficient
I have not experienced any problems. Internode has been my service provider through ADSL to NBN and I have always found the service, back up, trouble shooting and plan changes to be faultless.

Love a Can Do attitude
Contacted Internode to have NBN connected, I’ve used Internode even before they were Internode and never had an issue they caused. Logical that when needing NBN in Canberra too. Can’t say positive things about the first NBN Co tech that came out but a week later the second NBN Co Tech was great. Dealing with Internode was painless and greatly appreciated

Have to wait a month to change speed
Signed up for NBN 25/5, wanted to up speed immediately, now have to wait a month? What's so difficult about this?
Was also told that our Archer D7 wouldn't work, so went out and bought a new router ($250) later found out the D7 works with FTTC with a firmware update.
The connection requires VLAN tagging and PPPoE which is cumbersome and completely unnecessary. Internode, get with the times.

Could not expect better service.
I am very grateful for the expertise and patience of the problem solvers at Internode. Whenever my service is interrupted one phone call has resulted in either an immediate solution or an explanation of why the problem is with my server or with Netflix.
I could not ask for better service.

Explaining story to three representatives?!
I've been an Internode customer for seven years and I'm not sure what has happened to their customer service?! I'm trying to get NBN connected and I've had to explain my issue with three representatives!

Once good, but now terrible
Used Internode ADSL without an issue for several years, then forced onto NBN, which was awful. Gave Internode every opportunity to fix it (including installing a new modem) but eventually gave up as literally wasn't getting any internet connection. Received a final bill with $150 early termination fee. Called to point out that for 3 months I hadn't had an internet service from them, but they refused to waive the termination fee. Horrible experience from a company that use to provide a great service. Now using 4G without any issue.

Good stability and download speeds

service provider second to none
Have been with internode for ten years first ADSL and now NBN
Internode service has been as you would expect reliable, on time or before, and very cost competative.
last weekend people were asking me how I had service when they didnt, my reply i'm with Internode... telstra went down for the entire weekend in our town.
the only time I have problems with the NBN its because of the NBN doing things to the network i can litterlay watch the router stop reciving signal from the tower.
highly recomend internode.

Great service
Customer service people most helpful. New modem arrived in 5 days was properly configured and was online within 10 minutes. Online speed and connectivity have never been a problem. Would recommend internode to my friends.

Absolutely no reason to look elsewhere
While I have encountered very occasional problems I have always found that the support service operatives have been friendly, patient and efficient in helping to me resolve them. The connection is generally very reliable, and when there have been connectivity problems they have usually turned out to be due to glitches in the local telephone network.

Internode provides a very good service. Sometimes NBN don't deliver what they say they can
Connection is usually very reliable but some small things can knock it out for short periods of time. Personally think that NBN's side of things aren't up to what they say they can deliver

Good customer service with easy problem resolution
Reliable internet, speed as advertised and fast response to queries or issues raised.
Fast response when I contacted them with “self inflicted “ issues and quick resolution of these matters.
