Connection excellent. We have upstairs downstairs issues with wifi intermittently All problems have been resolved efficiently. Were previously with a more expensive reputable competitor. Internode much better in problem resolution and don’t overcharge in billing

Have not had any major issues with internode and smaller issues were dealt with very fast and respectfully. Connection has been reliable with a few minor drop outs that only lasted less than 2 minutes. Happy overall.

We've had a couple of NBN issues. Most recently, the tech support person was very helpful, knew his stuff and I was not kept on hold for long. Much better phone service than we get elsewhere. We do get some service outages and I suspect these are not Internode's fault but are associated with the second-rate FTTN connection adopted by the NBN. Thanks, Mr Turnbull.

I have been a long time customer on and off as I have always found Internode to be the best not just for the connection but for the service and support. and I recommend them to all my friends.

When I call internode I speak to someone in Australia. They work through technical and plan issues. Waiting time is minimal. Service has generally been very good. The employees are knowledgeable.

I stream a lot on the internet. I don't enjoy much on the TV. Internode has been great. I had an issue once and the staff spend close to an hour sorting it for me. They were extremely patient and nothing was a problem. It was all sorted

I haven't had NBN for long, but I'm a long term Internode customer. Internode has always been a great ISP. Responsive, helpful and provides good service. My NBN service (wireless) is just as good, and with the same service.

I have reliable connections but could be faster sometimes.
Overal I am happy with Internode services!!!!!
Internode support is very good and quick on the point.

I have experienced a couple of drop outs which has been an outside fault.
Internode has been wonderful in their prompt, polite and helpful service,I highly recommend them, just great!

Had been with Internode for a number of years and have always been more than satisfied with their service. When moving to the NBN was always kept informed and had a smooth transition. A resulting speed problem was quickly identified as a Telstra problem and rectified. Any minor technical details have always been resolved with the first call. Have just moved to NBN 50 (Gold).

I had made a mistake with my account and called to have it resolved. The agent understood me the first time - I didn't have to repeat myself, which is wonderful in itself. She didn't know how to solve the problem so offered (! - I didn't have to ask) to go straight to her supervisor to find a solution. I was on hold for a few minutes and when she came back she had fixed the issue! Amazing service. Internode never fail to make what can be a frustration, a pleasant experience. The staff are helpful and based locally. I have been an Internode customer for over 10 years and recommend them to everyone I know.

We have been long time Internode customers and now have 2 properties with them. Always friendly and more than helpful service over the phone. I especially like that the consultant that you first deal with first usually handles the call all the way through.
Our NBN has been faultless ( touch wood ) and the one time there was an issue, Internode sorted it out despite not being thier issue. We highly recommend Internode.

"Had lots of trouble connecting TV to new NBN.
Having phoned Internode I received a callback from Callum, explained the trouble. In a very calm and reassuring manner talked my through the set up.
I think I should add that at this time I had lost patience with the whole issue, but not once did Callum make me feel stupid, Being a senior you can be talked "Down too" often.

I have only had the service for 3 days at this stage I have had no problems. I am enjoying the faster connection, things that took forever to load, now load in seconds.

I switched to internode when I moved into a brand new apartment building and switched from ADSL to NBN and my provider "a well known and very dominant player"who couldn't connect me even after promising to for four months and kept lying to me, I dumped them and signed up to internode who connected me the same day. My connection is reliable, I have had three drop outs this year [2019] three months apart, despite me becoming their unpaid technician we have restored the service, after over an hour on the ph.

Very good & reliable have had some minor problems in the 10 or more years I have been with internode All problems were sorted in a easy phone call by people who understand there job
