Lounge Delivery Delay - Customer Service Not Responding
Ordered sofa and was assured of a delivery date early April 20. Due to COVID-19 delivery of the sofa is unknown... We have received generic updates and phone calls stating that the sofa is in Australia but not available for delivery? I kindly asked for a refund (was willing to pay an admin fee) of our deposit in order to purchase an alternative sofa as we had already sold our sofa and was told to "read the fine print". I am not entitled to a refund. I also raised the issue of bio-security measures in place and was specifically advised by the NS...Read more
W manager that she has "more trust in the Chinese government than Australian govt" when it came to bio security measures in place. I'm yet to receive a response from Customer Service or the NSW state manager. I've had to follow up correspondence myself - with no resolution to date.

Dear KingLiving,
I recently ordered our lounge to reupholster which turn out to be a nightmare but Mandy from customer care took charge and made it right. Sam and Karl which have partnered with KingLiving showed up on pickup day made it extremely easy to deal with and friendly. Sam and Karl were also the same professional we dealt with 6 years ago. It's good to see KingLiving staff and partners have high professionalism when it matters.

Sam and Karl delivering Sofa. Nothing was too hard or too much to ask
Our lounge and chair delivered by Sam and Karl this week. Both were very careful, given some tight corners, and efficiently put the item together then took all the rubbish away. On top of that they helped me move a heavy item with their trolley. Very polite and congenial given the current health scare.

Sam and Karl delivered my new Opera 3 Seater Viva sofa today. They were quick, quietly efficient and careful (COVID-19). I was expecting an ottoman to be delivered along with the sofa and they helped me chase that! Thanks very much.

Amazing Service
We had Sam and Karl deliver some more storage attachments for our new Jasper in Sutherland. They were super helpful in installing and also assisted with re-routing the wireless charging. Great delivery service by King!

Great Delivery Service
Our sofa delivery date got postponed because of covid19 but the delivery service itself was perfect which made up for time loss. Thank you Sam & Karl who helped on assembling and setting up the sofa. They were very professional, friendly and clean ( even took off their shoes before coming in ). Super helpful. Would recommend!

We’re prompt with their delivery time. Installed all the required parts and took away all packaging and rubbish. Also took the time to demonstrate how to install all the accessories. They even dealt with a missing part. Highly professional in their dealings with the customer. Easy delivery, job well done!

Above and beyond
Had my new reogrande sofa bed delivered today by Sam and Karl. It was an incredibly tough job getting it through the tight spaces in my terrace and into the room but they did it with no damage to house or sofa. It took time and a lot of effort but Sam and Karl were still friendly, patient and calm throughout.

Great delivery service
Product: a Zaza lounge from King Living. Sam and Karl made the delivery. They called that were on way. Sam and Karl were friendly, careful and knew their job. They assembled the sofa quickly. The service was excellent. especially in such a difficult time.
