The service and overall experience purchasing or new bed and mattress was made easy the sales consultant had great knowledge of the products available also provided amazing extra service by helping us resolve our product issue with our Delta lounge which had a faulty leg Bev without asking found us a replacement leg on the day. We recently purchased a ZaZa sofa from the Cheltenham store and we are delighted! It looks amazing in our living room, is comfortable and is of very high quality. The staff in the store were friendly and answered all of our questions. The delivery men were so efficient and called me to advise the exact arrival time. There was a loose thread in the cushion which I reported. They had a customer care staff member out within 48 hours to fix the minor issue. Thanks King Furniture! Nowadays, it is so rare to receive great customer service from start to finish. Well done.

Our whole family has king couches so we were quite familiar with a few styles and we were going to get the Jasper, however Bev pointed out other options that would suit our room and style and we ended up with another style of couch. We popped in to King Living Cheltenham after checking out the website as we wanted to see what the products were really like. We were really impressed. Despite the fact that we “were only looking”, after Iain’s 5 star customer service and addressing every possible question, we have purchased our dream sofa. 100% happy customers.

We bought the delta II or III.Yes we got great customer service when purchasing, but we have been so disappointed in the product. After only 6 months we noticed the cushions move position in the fabric and as such the top layer of the couch sits off centre from the bottom layer. Trying to move them back into position is difficult and ultimately pointless as it only happens again. We thought we were buying something of quality, but are sadly disappointed. I would not recommend king products at all
