This is our fourth major purchase from King Living & every time Rita has been so good at looking after us. She always has a great smile & is friendly & approachable. A coffee & bikkies just topped off the experience this time around. We LOVE our King furniture & how comfortable it is & now look forward to getting our new Dining chairs.

We loved most of the pieces in the showroom. The service was fantastic. Rita Markou, the store manager looked after us so well and made recommendations that fits our needs for our new-built house. Her staff also provided great service too because we went in many times to browse and asked many questions about their products, they made us feel so welcome all the time. We can’t wait to see King Living furnitures in our new home. We just love the designs, simplicity yet brings quality and functionality.

Rita (showroom manager) and Michael (2IC) were simply amazing. It's all well and good having products sit on the floor, but to have someone explain the product in proper detail and give you a great price too is hard to find nowadays.

We purchased a gorgeous sofa from King Living in Nunawading. As we live almost 2 hours from the store our first communication was over the phone and on email with Carol. She was fantastic. When we visited the store Sean helped us with the final purchase and gave us excellent service, advice and was professional and friendly. I made purchase in store located Nunawading. The sales called Millie Wu help me lot about the sizing, pricing, function. It is a great deal for us. I believe this quality can keep as long as we want to change the sofa again.

We have just purchased our Plaza lounge furniture from King Living and after 4 visits trying to sort out which collection, combination of pieces, fabric and colour Jayson Cheow was so helpful and patient. I highly recommend King Nunawading.

Had a very good experience with Rita Markou at the King Living Nunawading VIC Store, we were after a sofa and Rita provided us with exceptional customer service about the product details etc and was happy for us to browse and think about it. We ended purchasing the Delta III and were impressed with King Living's delivery scheduling as they assign you a delivery date when you purchase your product with them unlike other furniture companies where they provide you with only an estimate number of weeks it would be delivered. We now can't wait to receiving our Delta III in 2 months time.

I had been searching for the right couch for my one bedroom for such a long time and then I came across King Living. I went into the store and the service was brilliant. Nina Rinaldo from King Living was a huge support and put me at ease. We spoke about what I was looking for and I described my apartment and she went through the various options that King could offer. Her patience and support was greatly appreciated and made the purchasing and delivery easy. She even sent me a video in how to put the Delta bed together. Thanks.

Nunawading Showroom Managee Rita Markou was attentive, effective and quick to respind. Overall experience was excellent. Remains to be a preferted supplier after many years.

Relieved we went to the showroom as the online colour selection varied somewhat to the sample selection. It was also good to feel the material when making our choice.

I have dealt with Nunawading store and more specifically employee named Patrick. Patrick was well trained and absolute pleasure to deal with. He was extremely patient and offered great advice to assist in setting up my home with King Living sofas, feature chairs, pillows, coffee tables & bed! All employees I have dealt were very helpful and acommadating with after a major confusion. The 2 stores I dealt with through this ordeal worked cohesively to rectify the situation. The company offered an upgrade in several areas and provided us with a rental couch in the mean time till ours was delivered. I dealt with Douglas de Cruz from Nunawading and i totally forget her name from Moore Park (Jamie?) and Adam and Dave. everyone was lovely. Even the delivery guy, Kosta and his mate where very nice.
