A very smooth and easy purchase. Even last minute change that we wanted was super easily processed. Delivery was very well communicated and on time. Furniture was easy to assemble.

Zero communication!
Purchased quite a number from them.
One of the pieces was delayed and promised on 24th December.
We received an SMS on 23rd December confirming address for delivery on 24th December. Sat around waiting the whole of 24th Dec but no delivery!
I had to call after close to a week only to find out that they have rescheduled my delivery to 16th January! The lady on the phone kept saying they 'normally" call and email their customers about the delay but this is obviously not the case!

Both South Yarra and Fitzroy stores looking great and easy to find !
There was a big selection of stock and staff were very helpful!
I bought the happy 2 seater sofa which fits into my apartment perfectly and also turns into a comfy bed for my guest!
Delivery was super easy and great communication between all parties!
Would definitely buy and recommend to my friends and family!!!

Store is easy to find and get to. There is a good range of stock available to look at and the staff are very helpful in telling you about the products. After comparing online and to other stores, we were happy with our purchase both at the time and afterwards. Assembly requires limited amount of time for this piece of furniture - sofa.

Shopped around long and hard for a comfortable sofa bed with storage and found exactly what I needed at a very reasonable price. Delivery was a breeze and they even stored it for free until I was ready.

Delivered on time by polite guys easy to deal with. Staff on phone were very helpful and accommodating. Products are good quality and easy to assemble. A very good experience

We purchased our Hampton sofa at LL Fitzroy. Customer service was excellent. We received updates and clear communication up until delivery day. This made the whole process stress free. Purchased a single sofa from LL after having kept an eye out for a second hand one for a few months. The same day I ordered, the exact one became available second hand locally in perfect condition. Lounge lovers very happily cancelled my order and called the next day from customer service to refund my purchase no questions asked. The item is excellent quality, and the staff were very helpful & friendly despite me messing them around.

When I first went to LL in Fitzroy. The awesome homie goddess was helpful AF. When I picked an unusual colour combo of a Draper 3 seat sofa and armchair. She said “ I don’t even hate it”. Which was the exact motivation for me to proceed with my exquisite purchase.

I have ordered the Tara cabinet 4 months ago and it kept changing the delivery dates. Still haven’t received it and today got a message saying that it got delayed by another month. 5 months to received a peace of furniture is a JOKE ! Outcome - please provide with the refund :/

Delivery was in the time frame quoted and they were quick but took great care ( we have awkward stairs!)The couch looks and feels great and is as comfortable as I remember it when I first sat on it in store.
I elected to assemble it myself, it was very straight forward and took around 20 minutes.

Found exactly what I wanted at Lounge Lovers Fitzroy. Love the Magic Shelves Rustic Acacia. Perfect blend of industrial & architectural. Better price & superior finish to similar products seen elsewhere. Looks great in my living/lounge area. Very happy!
