We have been longing for building our dream house. After visited many display centers and read many reviews, we decided to build with Metricon. Luca 20 is the design we chose for our new home. It was an instant decision as the plan suited our needs perfectly! Our Sales consultant Ugo was of great help. He went through the selection process with us i.e. the color schemes, the add ons, etc. which was all very exciting to begin with. Very happy with the customer service throughout the whole Metricon process. Our house is loosely based on the Aston 24 but Metricon were very accommodating to the changes we wanted to make to suit our lifestyle. Initially, we were very happy with the sales consultant but we as we got further through the process we found she had been misleading on minor details.
