Our salesperson was SABA from the Auburn Nick Scali Store from the outset she was a delight to deal with, we didn't feel pressured she showed us many options and colours and thorough when explaining the difference with every lounge. We would be very happy to recommend SABA to anyone who is looking to purchase a lounge or dining table. I hope my review finds you well.

Our salesman Tony was very patient with us as we couldn’t decide. He offered us many different options, and we purchased. Wouldn’t hesitate to purchase again. Made it easy for us.

Easy to walk through the store, alot to choose from, solid beautiful timber table, I don't think the furniture with be to hard to put together from Nick Scali so that is a bonus!

The range of products was limited and not easy to navigate but thank to Saba’s help, I figured the best option. I am more satisfied with the customer service, Saba Specifically, than the store options. many items were unavailable or available for delivery in a few months!

dom michael and chris we're amazing rang me the night before so I had time to travel to kiama downs from Sydney and they were there on time they installed 4 lounges they took great care in the installation of my lounges and they explained how I should best look after my lounge they were very friendly and professional credit to nick scali furniture team recommend them to anyone buying nick scali furniture

I went into NickScali Auburn in search for the dinning chairs and bar stools but left the store with not just chairs but few coffee tables as well. The store not only carried unique products that i didn't see in other store locations but the service provided in Auburn store was also the best. The consultant who was helping me (Tony) stands out as an excellent consultant for NickScali products. Not only he has great knowledge of products he is selling but he provides useful input in helping me choosing the best color and style furniture for my home. Thank you Tony for the excellent shopping experience.

I was impressed with the collection at Auburn store. Tony was instrumental in helping us decide from the vast collection of the store. I am just waiting eagerly to receive the final product and confirm the quality that I have been promised.

Store had a good layout. I would have missed the table and chairs i bought had Tony not pointed it out to me. Tony was a lovely salesman who helped me find what I was looking for.

Frank arrived promptly and was in touch with me in regards to arrival time. The service was promt and Frank dealt with the issue. He also recommended cleaning the table with Eucalyptus oil which got rid of the reside on the dinning table.
