Easy store to browse, lots of lovely pieces. My furniture, living room all seems modern now
by simply adding the coffee table. Store had quality pieces and will certainly return again.

Furniture shopping made easy and enjoyable. The Bundall store is easy to navigate and most importantly doesn't make you feel to cluttered when in it. The staff are brilliant and handled all my questions and queries with ease. The mother and daughter team are brilliant!!

Love the furniture, love the store and service. It wasn't my first purchase and it won't be my last. My furniture is solid and timeless. What started with a dining table is now complemented by lounge room furniture to give functional integrated look through my living space. Love it all!!!

Excellent price and great service from this store - purchase was for new unit coming on-line to our rental pool and time was of the essence. Carla made it happen by communicating with other buyers after a container ship lost a load !

The new store is bright and airy, and easy to navigate. Good range of products to suit different tastes. Our solid timber buffet is of high quality and fits in perfectly with our existing decor. This is the second timber cabinet that we have purchased from OZ and we highly recommend their products.

No issue with the Bundall store or the lovely workers there, they’ve been very helpful.
Unfortunately my couch won’t fit in the lift & ive exhausted all alternative options to take it into the building which have all been rejected. I’ve contacted head office in regards to this, explaining my situation, the couch is still in its original packaging hasn’t been touched or used... and I haven’t even received a response yet.

Trialling items in store was easy with a nice variety of furniture. Store had easy lay-buy with simple terms and conditions. Friendly enough staff with decent knowledge. Easy assembly once home.

This store was set out beautifully and had a great range of products. Not cluttered and easy to imagine in own home. Customer service through to delivery very good. Would highly recommend and we will certainly shop at Bundall again.

I still have not received my two furniture items purchased 20 July - it’s now 31 August. Not a very happy customer and once I finally receive my items I will not shop with you again.

From start to finish, sales to delivery, this store has to be the best experience I have ever had when shopping for a lounge that would please my wife and I! Will definitely be back to complete the look for our new holiday house!

From start to finish our purchase of a dining table and chairs was seamless. Mel in store was extremely knowledgeable about products available and all the other staff were very friendly. The delivery men set up our table and chairs and explained how it worked as it was an extension table. I would not hesitate to shop at this store again.

My wife was able to spot what she was after very quickly due to the store layout The staff were very helpful as well as professional. Our selection was perfect which we weren’t able to find elsewhere

The store was beautifully set out and iwas pleasure to explore. I fell in love with the beautiful long wooden table and the soft leather chairs that I chose. Amazing quality!

Saw chairs advertised in catalog, but had never shopped at Oz Design. Found the store easy to navigate, bright/well lit & a nice place to be - could have spent a lot more money that day, but - the helpful staff helped me locate the chairs on sale, & after a quick sit to test for comfort, I made a purchase. Was told they would be 2 weeks(not in stock at store) & sure enough, 2 weeks to the day they were ready to be picked up.
I'm happy with the purchase, & the staff were helpful and friendly.
