The products are of great quality, the staff were very helpful and the table was assembled for me. The store was easy to nagivate. The range of products was good.

Store was good with great variety. Quality looks good and the assembly was easy. Delivery was prompt and they were awesome with an item that we needed to exchange due to incorrect delivery.

The store was pleasant and well laid out. The staff member I dealt with was helpful and knowledgeable. I had to wait about 2 months for my dining table and chairs. I was disappointed with the workmanship on the upholstery on a couple of the chairs. The leather looked pulled and stitching uneven.

Went to macregor Oz design to purchase a tv unit and 2 occasional chairs. After 2 and a half hours the order was finished. Friendly staff, very helpful but extremely slow. Very frustrating when I had other appointments.

Firstly I would like to complement your staff member Ashley at the McGregor store. We live in Townsville NQ and bought the furniture in Brisbane. Ashley has been very helpful, professional and obliging with everything over the months of communications. The furniture is lovely and we received some damage to the legs in transit with Removalist’s and Ashley has also helped with that. We do have a small flaw in the fabric, on the front of the couch but due to the distance and difficulty in having this repaired and transported, feel we’ll have to live with it.

Bought a Hall table after seeing it drop from $999 to $799 and then finally $499. At this price it was good value and well made. The service was very good and staff friendly and helpful.

The Macgregor store has a great feel, with lots of natural timbers. First saw this range whilst visiting the Nunawading store in Melbourne, then chased it up here where the store is only a couple of kms away from me. Great service and friendly staff.

The store is easily laid out and this makes it easy to navigate - it gives ideas of what decor to use with the furniture I have purchased.
The only thing I have been unable to find yet is dining chairs - you need a bigger range

The furniture looks great and delivery was as expected. One of the cupboard doors is not, unfortunately aligned properly and sticks out about 5 or 6 mm in one corner. Disappointing on a piece at this price point (~$1000).

OzDesign have the best range to suit our needs.

My client had recommended OZ Design Furniture QLD, Macgregor after viewing has new dining table, it was refreshing to see totally different home furniture at very competitive prices . Service and sales was great, but most of all the guys who delivered our heavy table were extremely helpful and courteous, nothing was to much to ask. Will be going back again soon

We purchased the Ash lounge in a beautiful dark blue, the couch is quality and super comfortable, 2.5 seater but easily seats 3. The couch was expensive but worth it!
