The sample in the store was a little darker than what I wanted so thought I could treat it with a white wash when the stools arrived. Fortunately the ones I received were lighter timber and a perfect match.

I had an issue with a dining chair which needed replacing.
The return and warranty process was handled by the comany professionally, timely, efficiently and with politeness and respect.

The quality of the leather dining chairs is perfect for our requirements and they look amazing.

We got a beautiful lounge on sale for $2200 down from $5000, a bit broke but they happily, quickly and efficiently fixed it for us and Samantha who helped via email was exceptional. Would absolutely shop there again.

Popped into the store on Kessels Rd Mt Gravatt and wow what a great selection of very nice furniture. After searching the last few days including hrs online we came accross this store on our way past. Had everything we were after and Rachel was an amazing help to pair what we had in our heads. Walked away very happy with our newly purchased dining table and chairs that properly suit our decor and kitchen and most of all suit us as we were tired of seeing the same drabby styles in other stores. We found the prices very good for the quality. So yeh totally over the moon thank you, will be back for a lounge suite soon.

Staff in store were very helpful. My order was custom made in Australia, it did take longer than expected but it was worth the wait for the quality.

In-store purchase after deposit over the phone. There were computer issues so was held up in shop for quite a while whilst they tried to locate product and payment and I had to contact them a week later to get the receipt that they said they were going to email when their computers started worked again but never received. Noticeable imperfection of product - one drawer mal-aligned/crooked but an excellent price for good piece of wood furniture. However I still would shop there again and recommend it.

We recently purchased a Salotto 3.5 seater linen DREAM COUCH!
It was about five to 5pm on a Saturday and the team at the shop were most helpful and very understanding of our adorable screaming 1 year old. Thank you to Rachel for making our experience of buying our first family couch such a breeze!

Process was good and good service, we found what we were looking for with the help of the staff. We also had an issue post delivery of our purchase. This was dealt with professionally and in a prompt manner. She understood our issue and have us more than what were anticipated in return.

OzDesign staff have been nothing but helpful and understanding when resolving some warranty inquiries. They turned what could have been a disappointing transaction into a positive one.
