Very easy to navigate our way around the store, great products and prices. Easy to assemble. Staff where friendly however, when we first walked into the store a female staff member came racing over and got very close to us during the start of the Coronavirus outbreak. This made me a little uncomfortable.

1. The store is a pleasure to shop in. The furniture is beautiful and the assistants were helpful, but left me to browse happily.
2. There was an amazing range of products. I could have settled on one of several items because the quality and presentation was so good.
3. The products I bought are lovely. I bought an entertainment unit, coffee table and nest of 3 tables. All came at the time promised and were presented in such a way that there was no possibility of damage.
4. The items were all assembled already.

Excellent quality and looks fantastic. Staff very helpful and polite assisting us to find what we were looking for. Paid for delivery completed with no issues. We assembled the table, was quite easy other furniture came already assembled.

The store was beautifully presented, we found it very easy to look at what we wanted. The products were amazing and fairly priced.
We love our new couch, it was the comfiest couch we sat on all day. Very happy with our customer service experience also.

Purchased 2 tables however one of the frame brackets is bent and the tables are uneven when put together.A new bracket support will be required.

We were very satisfied with the assistance given during the decision making process and with our new chair. However, I was disappointed with the collection process whereby, despite having measured the back of my station wagon to ensure if would fit the chair dimensions stated on the Oz Design website, the chair did not fit. I was then told that the store would close at 5:30pm for me to return with a trailer. I returned at 5:10pm with the trailer, however the store closed at 5:00pm, meaning I had to make a third trip back to the store the next day to collect the chair. At no stage was any apology provided for misinformation or my inconvenience.

after checking on line we realised it was better to order via store closer to Geelong region.
delivery options were explained and we received a good deal with price and schedule inculded

I rang 4 times to check where my delivery was and on the 4th call I was promised a call back with the delivery date. I did not receive a call back. I was told on purchase it was about 4 weeks and I ended up waiting 9. No dining chairs for couches for hosting Christmas. Terrible service. No matter how much I like the product I’ll never shop there again.

Easy to navigate! Had most stuff on display which is very helpful for visuals. Stock availability took a little longer than expected but so worth it!

Staff were very helpful in helping me arrange flexible payment and delivery. Was able to customise colour and style and finish of the couch I chose. Delivered easily and product is of high quality. Cant wait to buy a matching one!

I purchased two pieces form the Hamptons Range, they look good with the rest of my decour, quality workmanship and sold bild furniture, very happy with them, shop is easy to navigate excellent lighting and the set up is really good stuff is very helpful and tentative... the only problem I have is the delivery, it came in good condition and there was no need to assemble any of the furniture, but as a single person found it hard to remove the furniture from the boxes, then cutting up the boxes and disposing of all the plastic and the rest of the packing materials.

I bought quite a few pieces from The Hamptons Range. Most instore at Geelong and one later online. The range was terrific as is the quality. I only had to put one piece together which was relatively simple.

I had traveled 3 hours to OZ DESIGN in Geelong. After looking at several shops I couldn't find what I wanted, then I thought I found what I wanted at OZ DESIGN, I spoke to a very helpful salesperson and left without making the purchase.
When I got home I called the store and explained what I wanted and placed my order, within 3 weeks my order was ready to pickup.
I found my experience very professional, amazing staff and wonderful service.
