Just received our Palmero lounge suites today and very happy with them. I wanted to highly praise your delivery contractors Johnothan and Pablo. Friendly efficient tidy and respectful with the couches and our home. Plush are lucky to have them on board.

Had issue with recliner. It was a struggle to organise a technician to fix it. When the technician Robert S. finally arrived, he was very professional and friendly. He did a great job!

Bought a new couch and it arrived with marks in 4 areas. We took out fabric protection and so they sent a sofa tech Corey. He fixed our marks within 10 minutes. Very informative and helpful. Very different experience from the previous guy Ryan...who was no help at all.

Joel and Jason - thank you for the respect and care you showed for our new couch and our home whilst delivering. Not one glitch was had from your smiling service through to perfect product.

The staff at Plush Furniture in Preston were amazing, especially Maree who gave us great service and advice. We purchased two sofas, a 2 1/2 and 3 seater Brentwood incliner sofas which we love.
Rob and Sam delivered our sofas on time and with great skill and care and politeness, they were fantastic This is the second purchase we have made from Plush Furniture in Preston and on both occassions Maree has always given great service which is why we returned when looking for new sofas.

Great service from Plush from the initial customer service in store to the fantastic delivery of the couch. Jonathon and Pablo who delivered the couch were excellent. On time, professional and very helpful. Nothing was too much trouble.

We are thrilled with our new comfy couch! In-store service was great, and delivery fabulous. Joel and Jason were on time, quick and friendly. I was kept up to date with their ETA which I really appreciated!

The sales staff were very helpful and our delivery staff, Joel and Jason, were very efficient and quickly put our sofa in place. Love the fact that the feet are put on, including floor protectors, and the rubbish is removed. Excellent service!

Great service from Maree at Northland and our couch arrived ahead of schedule! Danny and Sid delivered our sectional and set it up in no time. They were great to deal with too.

I have now bought two couches from Plush in Preston and the sole reason is due to Tanya that works there. Her people skills are fantastic, she is patient and knows when to offer advice/suggestions. I have recommended Plush to many people and told them they MUST deal with Tanya in Preston. Cannot speak more highly of her and the service she has provided me on both occasions.

Visited the Preston store during a 50% off sale and found the salesman to be helpful and not pushy at all. Gave me all the info and space I needed to make a decision. They had a wide range of fabrics and sofa styles. I’m very happy with my new two seater Boulevard electric recliner, while it’s a recliner it still has a modern look to it and even has an electric headrest. Joel and Jason delivered my new sofa on time and with 10 minutes notice. Very timely. Lovely service and friendly guys. Placed it in position and took away the packing. I could not be happier !

Service in store was excellent. Delivery was on time and the delivery guys were terrific took all the wrapping away. Well worth the wait but we knew that beforehand so all good.
