This is our first build as we normally renovate, however once we got past the planning and approval stage Simmonds have hit the ground running. From what we have seen so far the quality has been great. Due to our large block the Supervisor allowed us to work on the block around the house while it was getting built. We are currently on track to be one of the quickest builds in the estate and Simmonds have still managed to maintain quality.

My experience with the display house in helensvale with sebastian was amazing he helped me with re designing of the house., when i was finished with him, he constantly updates me and checks if i need something more and if i have any problems not hesitate to call him and just awesome service.
Had a wonderful experience with my gallery, the staff was so helpful,
Maria fixing all my papers and submitting it to council even though i am still waiting for my approval from my bank so that nothings going to be delayed. There always available anytime i need something to change and add,

This is our first build and we were definitely nervous getting into the process. But right from the initial discussions to the current pre handover phase, it's been an absolute pleasure working with Simonds homes. Customer is their highest priority. Our CRC Maria Loranzo has done a fantastic job coordinating the whole time. I wanted a change in my design very late in the build and they came up with a good solution which made us happy. The build is nearing completion and so far the build looks good. Very excited for handover soon. The build time super impressive so far. Good job Simonds team. I would recommend them to anyone for a smooth, stress-free home building.

We have chosen Simonds QLD to build our first home and it has been the best experience. Amazing work right from the very first step into the show room until construction begun, everything were taken care of and excellent communication for each every steps building plan, fit out selections, council and covenant approvals, construction begun. Special thanks to Carol Lok (new home consultant) and Jessica Thurlow (customer relationship coordinator) making my first house building so smoothly. What an excellent and worry-free journey, knowing that the house is taken care by the very best team from Simonds QLD. We look forward for the house to complete in November and would recommend to anyone in the market for a great build.

From start to finish working with the Simond's team has been excellent. From the first time we visited a show home, through to moving in to our new home the Simond's team have done a great job. Our Customer Relationship Co-ordinator Jess and building supervisor Troy did a great job. Job was completed on time and on budget.

We have recently moved into our dream home designed and built by Simonds homes. Our overall experience has been fantastic with dealing with Simonds and especially our Customer Relationship Coordinator Erin Powell. We are over the moon with the treatment we received by all the people we dealt with at Simonds Homes, Chris Faranda the salesperson helped tailor our home perfectly, Maria Lozano our customer Service lady keep her finger on the pulse, Jared Hargreaves also completed the house on time and as per the plans, the girls in Gallery helped make our home the beautiful home that it is Thanks Jesse,Kelly and,Jazmin made all the difference to the end product. From my initial walk in at a display center to now only days from construction, the journey so far has been smooth and rewarding. The team out at Loganholme have made the process of building a new home easy and have kept me up to date with every aspect of design and pre-construction; no request is to hard in trying to achieve the look and feel of what I want.

Being first home owners the entire process of building our first home seemed so overwhelming however, with the help of the staff at Simonds everything was broken down for us and each step explained. All the staff that we have interacted with at Simonds have been accommodating and gone above and beyond to meet deadlines and ensure that we are happy. From our sales consultant Jo Mathers to our Customer Relationship coordinator Maria Lozano, we have had nothing but professionalism and friendly customer service. we're first home owners, we decided to go with simonds as we found the display home in helensvale what we were looking for and then we began choosing everything which is great the feeling of creating a home that suits us. we then decided to change the colours and electrical work again but maria helped us organise this and the 2nd time we were very happy with it, maria has helped us out alot reminding us with appointments and helping us.
Overall, it has been a great exciting journey for us and looking forward to the building process i'm sure it will be just as a smooth ride as the pre-build.

Lyn and Jarred made building a home a walk in the park. They were supportive and walked me through every stage of building my house. The workmanship and quality was outstanding and I would definitely build with them again.
