Saw what I wanted online, but out of stock in store and no display item to see either. Assistant very helpful with showing me the colour of the item and description in detail. Felt very confident to order and purchase the item in store without actually viewing it. Delivery was as promised, the two young guys who assembled my furniture were very efficient and couldn't be more willing and helpful. A fantastic all round shopping experience. Thank you.

Snooze at Capalaba were fantastic with their service. Lucas at capalaba was nothing but helpfull and full of information about the products. We bought a slumberland fulham mattress medium, king which has been amazing and so comfortable Great service from the delivery as well.

Really happy. Sales rep listened to what I wanted, asked about my sleeping style. Then showed me a number of beds and allowed ME to choose, didn't try and push me at all. Excellent! Got a great bed at a great price, delivered in 2 days. Couldn't ask for an easier process. Highly recommend.

Danny at the Windsor store was super helpful and patient when we arrived close to closing on a weekday. He seemed knowledgable and took the time to ask the right questions, giving us the space to work out what we wanted - which obviously involved laying on a lot of mattresses. We left the store with an itemized quote and when we returned a week later to make our selection, the staff were equally as helpful in completing our sale. The delivery was well organized and quick. Happy with our chosen mattress and bed base.

My husband and I found the Capalaba store great to navigate and the service was fantastic. We weren’t rushed into making a decision and were able to find the best bed for us. Would highly recommend!

Bought a mattress there on the Monday & was told I would be contacted on Thursday to arrange delivery for the coming Saturday. Come Friday...no contact. Called them myself and was told delivery would not be until the following Thursday! I was going away,and wasn't happy,but Noel called me and organised a delivery on the Monday night after the weekend it was supposed to be delivered. Very happy with his concern and professionalism. I walked into store to purchase two beds for my children only to be insulted by the store person due to the fact I speak another language to my husband her remarks were ‘I’m polish and if someone spoke polish to me in front of my husband that would tick me off, it’s rude don’t you think?’ This statement was referred to my husband about me in front of me. Just a hint if your trying to sell a product to a customer it helps not to insult them your actions alone caused me disinterest and you lost a $2400 sale which I purchased same day from a neighbouring store which appreciated I may need to converse with my husband and did not place bias to the language I chose to speak to him in and also allowed me to converse with him privately.

The team at Snooze Fortitude Valley were friendly and informative. They helped us pick a bunk bed and mattresses that met our needs and our budget. We searched every other bedding store all weekend including specific ‘kids bedroom’ stores and the quality of the Snooze bed couldn’t be beaten. Delivery was quick and the guys who installed the bed were great!

Bought a high end bed from here 15 years ago. Was looking to furnish a guest bedroom...so went back to this store and was not disappointed. Good honest service and value...and my guests have commented on the comfort of the bed.

I am very happy with the lux mattress, pillows and deal that I got from Snooze Mackay, not to mention the customer service! The ladies are so friendly, they were very understanding and managed to deliver my bed on a weekend which they dont do deliveries on a weekend. Definitely recommend Snooze Mackay!
