Very happy with our purchase from the Marion Snooze store the product is fantastic very comfortable, the sales staff were very friendly and helpful towards our needs, and the delivery team were friendly and professional.

Fantastic customer service, Noarlunga store. Knowledgeable, patient, not pushy. Happy to return to this store. Product was for my elderly mother who commented that she felt like staff really listened to what she wanted

Fantastic customer service
Jordie at Snooze Marion is fantastic, her understanding of products, how they help the individual, what is best for your posture, why you sleep or have trouble sleeping etc, is outstanding. Being able to go into a store and try the products which best suit you is far superior than shopping online. I don't like pushy sales people, but the staff here made you feel welcome, they believe in what they do and know the products sell themselves so they don't have to push. me leaving with a brand new bed and pillows. I am not one to buy things on a whim or part with money easily but being able to try the bed and understand why I was having issues sleeping convinced me to buy a new bed. I would not have done this online, probably continue with the bed I have thinking it was ok and thought my bad sleep was due to age rather than bed. Thank you Jordie and all the staff for your help and friendly service. I highly recommend going in and trying the bed, I'm telling all my friends about it.1 comment

Wouldn't recommend
The sales person convinced us to purchase a my side mattress which we felt was quite soft, but she recommended from the pressure test and said we would adapt to it after a few months. The mattress is poor quality, it has sagged so much just after a couple of years and causes back pain! we should have gone with our instincts rather than listening to the sales rep! We can't wait to get rid of it now. Wouldn't recommend snooze or the my side mattress.

Bad service
I purchased a bed from the snooze marion store, it was a floor stock dusk bed. Firstly I find it disappointing that I paid for delivery but yet the store refused to help me contact the delivery driver they advised me that it's up to me to text him, I have never had an experience like this especially when I paid for the service you would think the store would organize it for you. Secondly we got the item delivered and there is chips all over it not something you would expect from a bed that still cost over $900. Thirdly the screws we recieved we...Read more
re so over used that the Allen key would not even tighten so we could not put the bed together. Then to top things off we were given no instructions to put the bed together. I have been doing a lot of furniture shopping and delt with lots of store and I must say dealing with snooze would have to be the worst experience yet! I will now have to go out of my way to follow up on all of this when I could have been SO simple if the delivery man had just set the bed up as part of the service! I will never buy from snooze again purely because of the inconvenience that has occoured and I will advise my family and friends of my experience to and ensure that in future we go with companies who provide a full service for their customers!1 comment

6 months later and still no bed!!!
I purchased a new mattress, bed frame and bedsides back in Feb 2014 from the Gepps Cross store in Adelaide. The sales assistant was very helpful to complete the sale, promising that they would order the mattress in within 2 weeks as I was pregnant (yes that's right 'was', it's been that long baby is now born!!) and needed a supportive mattress for the final months of pregnancy. Well, indeed the mattress was received by the store within 3 weeks, however we were told there was a fault in the fabric and they were sending back for a replacement. W...Read more
hilst I am grateful for not receiving a faulty mattress, it has now been 6 MONTHS and still no mattress or furniture, which by the way we were promised within 6 weeks if purchase. Not once has the store called me for an update on the delay, every contact made has been initiated by myself, only to be told it's been held up by the manufacturers. I'm sorry but a 6 month delay is just NOT ON!! If I was a store and ordered something 6 months ago for a customer the least I would do is call my customer and offer a massive compensation. Especially as I paid about 95% of total cost up front. Quite a big amount too, if only that money had remained in my account gaining interest. Snooze is terrible at communication, service is poor and who knows about quality yet, I'm sure eventually I'll be able to comment on that. Perhaps in another 6 months when they feel like fulfilling my order!! Absolutely nothing Communication, not upholding the ACCC's consumers guarantee (big no no snooze!!)1 comment
