love our Spa. The family chills all the time listening to their fave tunes. Great to use after a long hard day on the bike or work. Even better when having friends for a bbq and drinks

A great spa once set up. I use it at least once a week. It needed instructions on maintaining water and chemicals but once researched it works amazing. With different heat settings also for people who dont use their spas often.

I'm in the pool nearly everyday, either swimming laps or kicking back... Spa is easy to maintain as it doesn't need daily monitoring. Covers easy to take on and off.

We have used our spa most days since purchasing. Our sales rep has been amazing any question we can contact them and had any questions answered within a hour. So far so good. Highly recommended!

I’ve only had my spa week, But plan to use as often as I can. My partner does the maintenance but doesn’t seem to hard to keep clean. Love the lockable lid and the light sets the mood!

We purchased a spa, it was a very easy transaction over the phone as we had viewed the style we wanted on the internet. There was plenty of information available to understand what we were getting for our money. When we picked up the spa from the warehouse they were professional and helpful. We got the spa home and had it set up pretty much within 3 days. We have now had it for about 6 weeks and I think there has only been 3 days that I have not gotten into it. I jump in the morning after my walk or in my lunch break as have been working from home(thanks ISO) or after work, it does not matter what time of day as it is always hot so it feel just luxurious. We could not be happier with our purchase.

Spas Direct offered excellent value for money, so much so that at first we were a little sceptical thinking 'what's wrong, why so cheap? We purchased a spa for delivery to coincide with the keys to our new build, delivery was timely and setup was simple. We did however have a small issue with the spa resetting and restarting itself regularly. The Spas Direct tech guys were helpful, ordered a replacement part for delivery and a tech to install. These things happen and was rectified without fuss. We have enjoyed a great spa ever since, and it has proved to be a lifesaver during the COVID lockdown period. Thanks guys.

I was wanting a spa for a very long time but couldn't afford until now with the Zip pay thanks and we use the spa at least 3 times a week. It is so easy to maintain I have no problem keeping it clean. Cheers

The Maui Deluxe spa is just fantastic value for money. Its the best spa we have ever owned and we use it every single day. Would definitely recommend. Low maintenance!

We use our spa almost every day! We love it. It was easy to set up, super easy to keep clean and was delivered to our rural town very quickly.

We purchased the 3 seater spa 4 months ago and it is PERFECT!
It is surprisingly roomy and fits beautifully in our alfresco area. It gets used most days and is especially welcomed after a workout and in these times of C19 restrictions.

We use our spa a few times during the week after work and all weekend, the grand kids have the best time as it’s a great depth with plenty of room. Keeping the plunge pool clean is super easy, 90gm of chlorine added to the water after swimming is all we need to do and run the pump/filter around 4hrs a day which keeps it clean and lovely and warm :-) we also add half a bag of magnesium every 3 months to help with aching muscles and leaves your skin soft.

We love our new spa beyond words!! It’s like a at home everyday, couldn’t be happier! We use it almost every day sometimes twice a day. Fun for the whole family.

We purchased our Jupiter Deluxe late last year & we absolutely love it!! It has totally transformed our outdoor area. Definitely the best purchase we have made, we are in there all the time.

We love our new Palm deluxe spa and use it everyday. Interest free option to buy was the selling point for us. Being first time Spa owners the instruction manual that came with the spa was not great and the aftercare customer service is not very good. A few you tube videos and google assistance and we were up and running.
