We absolutely love it... everything was a breeze from the store through to delivery which was seamless.
We use it at least 3-4 times a week.. it is super easy to use, although the green tree frogs love it atm so it can get a bit dirty, but easy to clean before we jump in

We’ve been in the spa pretty much every day since it was delivered, really easy maintenance, delivery was really quick and the spa is easy to use, the whole family love it, it’s great to use after a work out or a busy day

Happy with our Maui Deluxe
We bought our spa in January this year and it has been excellent value for money. We have never owned a spa, but are so happy we decided to purchase. Our kids love it. My sister has one similar from Spas Direct and was the one who recommended the company. We both love our spas.

Very Happy!
We use our mini plunge at least 4 times a week. The kids will use no matter the weather, and most days the temperatures is on 28-31 degrees. We have the filter/heater on for 3 hrs in the morning and 3hrs in the afternoon to maintain the heat, maybe we will increase that time as winter arrives. Has been easy to care for so far, with our local pool shop assisting with the correct levels of ph, chlorine etc. it took a few weeks to understand the control panel. ead it and used the controls. We have it set on a timer, so no need to think to much about it. We purchased the spa early January with the option to hold off until our yard was ready ( jack hammering sandstone, cement slab etc). Spas direct recommended 2 companies to deliver/crane our spa in to position. Due to our massive trees and height of house we required the use of both companies, both of which were able to deliver within 2 days notice. Ben from Goodwin Hiab and Craig from ANC cranes. Ben Delivered on the Friday before Iso, and Craig from ANC cranes came at 4pm that day and did a magnificent job with his mini crane. Perfect Purchase
Best decision we made was purchasing a Spa. Don't second guess it just get one you won't regret it. Thanks to Spas Direct we took that plunge. Easy service, easy delivery, all we had to do was fill it with water.

Couldn't live without!

The spa is awesome and we enjoy it 4-5 times a week. The power from the Jets are awesome, great way to relax. When we need after sales support requires chasing up tho.

6 months on - still great
We use our spa just about every day . It is so easy to maintain. We add a cup of granulated chlorine dissolved in a bucket of water each day and then change the water completely every 2-4 months. We also hose down the filters every fortnight . That’s it!

Extremely disappointing with the quality of the product and after sales service. I bought a spa from Spas Direct and paid in full, it was delivered on 28 Mayember 2018, it looked fine after delivery, as it was Christmas time, we only used the spa a couple of times, on 28 December 2018 i noticed a crack in the acrylic, i toke photos and told them straight away, they told me to put in an online warranty claim, i did. After 3.5 months of chase up phone calls and emails telling me that they are getting quotes and will fix it. On 4 April 2018 i wrote a letter to the company and Fair Trading Queensland, Kylie emailed back 22 minutes later stating i should have notified them within 24 hours if there was a problem and they will not be fixing it, however their website states 8 year acrylic warranty. I hope everyone out there does not get treated the way we did. Prill - NSW

Hi, We have had the same problem you have both had - Kylie has been promising that we will get our side panels fixed - been over 1 year and now emails are bouncing back and no response from telephone messages. Extremely back COMPANY to deal with and I certainly wouldn't recommend them to ANYONE..

Hi Team,
I am trying to contact Spa direct in regards to my recent purchase. The control panel is locked and i can't operate.
Person who made the sale is not responding to my messages and text. Service person is saying he won't come and fix the spa till he get confirmation from spa direct. Have raised numerous tickets but response to anything.
Can you please let me know what's the best way to expect from customer service from Spa direct ? Or is it how the customers are treated once the sale is made ?
