The process from being to construction has been pleasant and easy to deal with. The people at Carlisle were amazing and helpful in helping us choose our colours. Had slight issues with contract but it was easily fixed and handled thanks to our CLE. Can't wait for the house to be completely built.

It was excellently run through with good guidance on selection, explanation of costs. Colour matching was guided with a preferable display home & was ready at the time to ease the process.

The added cost compared to our budget was reasonable & had most of desired additions included in the standard affinity range home which helped to stick to targeted budget.

Had a good experience with our colour consultant [name removed] she was really helpful in helping us pick our colours as we had no idea what we were doing. Process has been confusing in general as lots of people tell us different things, also even though we got affinity range, there were lots of things we wanted that we couldnt get as Carlisle dont offer it. also find it strange that we couldnt get prices for some things until we had already selected it in the colour selection and had to receive our tender to find out how much it would cost (hard to know if your selection is worth the money when you dont know how much it costs) and then make amendments after that. about to sign contracts next week and cant wait for the build to be completed

Building our new home will just about to start. Can’t express enough our feeling now that finally the long wait is here. Can’t really wait to see our new home, it is with extremely mixed emotions, figuring out how to make our house feel like home, how to make it simple and cozy, how my landscaping look like.., everything! And with Carlisle we are confident that they will provide us with their best service that we deserve.

Great to be honest, I do have 1 negative which would be prices. I have built 2x Houses previous and in colour appointment all prices were available to us but with Carlisle homes I have to wait until tender.

[name removed] had great knowledge on the smaller details that I would not think of but was also able to answer all all our general questions. Colours through out the house look good and we cant wait to see our finished product :)

we just passed our color appointment stage.
We were 80% prepared for it as last few weeks visits to their studio was impacted by corona virus.
But the color consultant did a good job by helping us decide the colors after knowing what we wanted.
There were couple of outstanding questions that are there but till now it has been good response from them.

There's that limitation in terms of color though - like render color, although it is dulux range, but they don't accept other dulux colors other than the samples what they have- it is still a big range. Hopefully what we have chosen should be okay.

we still have tender so hopefully remaining satisfaction will be achieved on that stage.

From the first quote of our home up until time, the experience is great, timely updates. Now looking forward to start of the building in the coming months. The easy living option is so good. The staff are are pleasure, thumbs up to [name removed], [name removed], [name removed], & others behind the scene!

We had our colour selection and the process was smooth. The consultant was good. The options were plenty in all the product (except the door locks).
It's too early to comment about overall experience with Carlise. So Far, I would rate 3.5 /5.

Although we are still waiting for our home to be built (which is not Carlisle fault at all) we couldnt be more happier with the service that we have been given throughout every process. Everyone that we dealt with was very patient and very friendly and being first home buyers we had a lot of questions and didnt understand the whole process but Carlisle was more than happy to explain everything until we got it. Plus we are very impressed with how well communication is even just a check up to see how we are going. Could not be more happier. 10/10!

During our color selection appointment, [name removed] was extremely helpful and professional. At each step, she exhibited in depth knowledge of the process and information of items. She provided her valued opinions on the most appropriate color combinations, which reflected her experience, however at the same time keeping our priorities in forefront.
