First time ordering from Castlery and definitely won’t be the last. I ordered a tv console for my new home. It came weeks earlier than the estimated delivery date on purchase. The unit itself is super sturdy and very easy to put together. Love it!

Good product, sturdy and well built. Easy assembly, just screw on the legs by hand.
The lead times area bit much, and towards the end of our lead time window I was wondering if they'd forgotten about us, as communication was little in terms of updates. But before I had a chance to send an email to ask, they sent through the dispatch notice.
But the rest of the communication and shipping info was great.

Great process from start to finish. Ordered fabric samples, received in 3 days. Then ordered the Gale Storage Stool in sand grey. Within a week it was at my door. Great stool, exactly as described and perfect for space!

So happy I order our new cutlery set through Casterly. We can't believe how beautiful the cutlery is! Its our second order and we've been super impressed each time with the quality of the products and how safely items have been packaged for shipping.

Store was easy to use and very user-friendly. As my first time purchasing a furniture peice online i found it very pleasent and overall very happy with my decision to choose castlery.
The range of products were great- I found exactly what I wanted and had many colours to choose from! The quility of the Laura Pouf in Dove is excellent- my only issue is that it looks more grey-toned on the website than in person (its more brown-toned) however I still love it! The box it came in was also a great to keep my cats entertained for a few hours!!

Thank you, Castlery for the items. Unfortunately, the boxes did not come with instructions and the delivery of the items by Startrak was frustrating. The items were to be delivered on the 6th March, and I had to make several calls to Startrak to locate my items, plus I took two days off work to be home for the delivery (6th and 16th). To my surprise, after asking for the items to be cancelled, the products arrived on the 18th March. Twelve days after the scheduled delivery date. Not good.

Easy to navigate the store, there is a decent range of furniture products. Great product, GREAT delivery communication with the actual driver with text messages!!! Furniture came fully assembled - amazing!!

Very satisfied with both products and also prompt delivery. The two arm chairs and the sofa look amazing in the room and were very easy to assemble. I would purchase from here again as both quality and service delivered.

I just received my Wayne armchair purchased online. Having had some negative experiences of buying furniture online in the past, I was nervous. However, it's even more beautiful than the online photos. Receiving fabric swatches before the purchase really helped. The delivery and assembly were so easy. I'm so happy with my purchase.

The instructions dont actually have words, just vague pictures, which werent especially helpful. Also some of the pre-drilled holes didnt line up so theres a couple screws I had to give up on as “option extras,” plus some that were in such awkward spots the allen key would scratch the wood when I tried to tighten them. All in all, not sure I’d bother buying this sort of thing again.

Very happy with the 2 Chairs I chose and the 2 carpets. Now if the Coffee Table comes quickly to finish my new fireside setup I will be truly delighted.

The ordering on line was great. The order arrived in a very timely manner and was super packed and delivered professionally. I could tell by the packaging that the items would be well packed and would transport in good conditions. That said after un boxing and then unzipping the dust covers ( another good sign that they are quality items ) one of the sofas had a small in print and squashing by faulty packing. But the customer service following up from the case, was excellent. Well done Castlery.

I purchased the Miles bed and am very happy with the quality of the product. My only suggestion is that you’re better off using your own wrench to tighten the bolts.

Ordering was easy. Dispatched earlier than I thought. Easy to assemble on my own. Although lining up components perfectly would have worked better with help. Looks great. Very pleased. Will be back!

I was looking for a mirror for my home entrance. cusnt find the perfect dimension and when i did it the mirrors were old fashiomed...i needed a more modern look....found the perfect one. The delivery was excellent i was kept uodated. guven a date and time frame so that i could be home to receive it

Really happy with the Vincent dining chairs we purchased to go with our Vincent dining table, beautiful timber and sculptural furniture. Only comment was there was a delay between receiving the dining table and the chairs (a few weeks) but in the end not a major deal.

Very useful as deco as well and an extra seat. Delivery was quick and seamless. Good price when on sale. Recommend it those who wants a variety in their living room.
