Fantastic Furniture QLD, Maroochydore

We all know how frustrating it can be to find that right piece of furniture. Well we looked everywhere for a lounge, when we should have gone straight to fantastic furniture. Honestly, they have it all, service, quality, design, range, warranty and of coursr price and a great showroom. We will be back, thankyou to the staff at maroochydore store.

Very easy to find what I was looking for. There was a wide range to chose from. My Recliner was delivered the next day, was so very easy to assemble and is extremely comfortable.

The store is very open and easy to navigate. Staff around if needed. Good range of items on display. The staff were happy to answer questions and suggest other similar items to try out. A commendable experience

Found lots of thing we wanted to buy. The shop was easy to get around. The staff all 6 were behind the counter, hard to get them out. When we lucky enough to get one of them to help us. All the iteams proudly shown in your store. Were not available. Not in stock. I have never experienced a store that has nothing to sell. Not allowed to sell floor stock. We gave up and walked out. We needed to furnish a flat. With dining, lounge, bed setting. You didnt have the stock. Give me a break. I really couldnt believe it.

Walked in and quickly got served. Sorted my purchase very quickly.
Have bought multiple items from here with no issue. Very easy to assemble as well. Will continue to go back.

I still like the products however sales person did not know his stock and was bordering on rude.
When ordering and paying for the good I was told they would not be in stock for at least two weeks.
Not good enough.

Looking for a desk to use in the office. Many choices of colours and designs with affordable prices. Helpful staff that ordered me one from the warehouse. Arrived earlier than expected and collected with any problems.

Had researched the product before hand and went into the store. They had it on display and in stock so was the perfect overall experience. By the time we had got to pickup it was already waiting. Couldn't be happier

We were more than satisfied with everything about our experience. A one stop shop to furnish a 4 bedroom home and dual living areas. Electrical goods purchased elseware, otherwise everything else at FF.

Be aware, if you receive a text message saying your order is ready to be collected, it will not be at the store. Wasted a lot of time when I was told I needed photo ID and needed to go to their Warehouse. Very unhappy customer.

I paid $500 for a 6 drawer "retro" dresser. Followed instructions to the "T" but the drawers don't line up properly. As soon as you put any weight in them, they slide askew & don't line up. Total crap! Save your money, invest in quality.

Well priced compared to others. Good range, store was easy to navigate. Staff were helpful and cheery. I found exactly the bed we were looking for at a fraction of the price.

Shopped for years with Fantastic Furniture and goods have lasted, have bought beds, couches, rugs, stools, dining suites etc etc

Buyer beware! The quality of the Jordan Bunk Beds is very poor and they don’t seem to care too much for the inconvenience they have caused the customer! Very disappointing!!

Bought sofa. Was under warranty. It broke,factory fault!! I had to make all contact but to no avail. There customer care service is terrible. Will never shop there again. Staff were friendly enough but again ..customer care was awful

The staff were very helpful and the store had a wide range of options. Not only did we go instore but also dealt with staff over the phone. They were always helpful, professional and very obliging.
