The store I visited was easy to navigate and locate the item I was after. Staff asked what item I needed, what colour was I looking for, was there anything hing else I was interested in and were very friendly. I was extremely happy with the customer service that was provided.
The item is for a Christmas gift so it hasn't been opened or assembled yet but I have previously purchased items that needed assembly and the instructions were very easy to follow and have been assembled with ease and the quality has been great.

Order placed mid November. Was told it would arrive 27th November. No communication. 4 phone calls/emails trying to get information as its a Christmas present. Finally get back to me 4 days before Christmas. Its arriving in the new year. Store manager says come down and we'll try to help you. I said it will need to be discreet as I have my kids and they still believe in Santa. Lady comes up and says how can I help you. I ask to speak to store manager. She asks my name. I give it. In front of my kids oh your the lady about the girls bed. I said yeah she didn't know, but she does now, thanks.

Found the store accessible. Had what i wanted at the Cockburn store after attending my local store at Beckenham . Chris pgoned aro it nd and what i required was at midland and Cockburn. We chose Cockburn. Promptly going to Cockburn and meeting Jules and the team. I aquired my Sofa a desk and Ottoman that i wasnt looking for but when i saw it it was right for the area i was purchasing my sofa bed for. Once every thing was bought i was shown a coffee table with draws which i believe will be my christmas present from my hubby. Thankyou Fantastic Furniture. Everything is fantastic but it takes more than 2 weeks to deliver. Staff was very helpful and polite. The only painful part is they don't have much of items in stock.

I find each store easy to navigate and there are plenty of styles to choose from. The quality of the furniture is great for the price. I prefer to get the furniture assembled by Matt's Flatpacks because Matt and his wife are friendly and very professional, quick, and tidy.

Staff need to listen more. Was buying black bar stools and the sales staff repeatedly searched for white bar stools. Really need to listen or write things down.
Was under promised on an item. Was told it would be in in a week.. 2 weeks later had to ring the store to find out where our item was. If they said 1-2 weeks then I wouldn't be so frustrated with the situation

Bought a canvas picture online and changed my mind so went in store to exchange for something else. The canvas I wanted was not in stock so the staff member gave me the floor stock which I was totally happy with.

Very easy process to navigate and complete purchase online only thing I would of been able to collect within the hr but the time difference between pick up and delivery didn't make sense 6-8 weeks to pick up but only 2-4 days for delivery
