Hi Suzy M, Unfortunately we do not have a listed weight limit for most of our beds. The Paris bed can comfortably hold 2 adults, but we are unable to provide a figure that it is supposed to hold. My apologies for the inconvenience. Kind regards Nick and the Fantastic team.

Your mattresses aren’t on display in store are there any returns if in original plastic ect. I have been considering a new mattress however concerned I could pick the wrong one as they aren’t able to be tried at all.

Hi J99, Unfortunately the Online Only range of mattresses do have the same no return policy as the rest of our mattresses. We try to provide enough of a description online so that you know what you are getting, but if the mattress is opened we cannot accept it back unless it is faulty. I apologise for the inconvenience. Hi, I ordered a Miami chase couch and two weeks later cancelled my order in store (it had not yet been delivered). It’s been another two weeks and I have not received my refund?. I have phoned constantly and I get told different things each time. In your refund policy the max time it says it should take is 5-7 days and it’s been 14. Can someone please explain when I will be receiving my refund? Thanks.

Hi Susan! The amount of time that an order can be held generally depends on the store and warehouse, so it is always best to give them a call to discuss. We can hold your order with a 20% deposit and wait 1-2 weeks once the order is ready before delivering the items. Orders may take a few weeks to be available anyway, so this might suit you well! I had my Miami 3 Seater Chaise sofa delivered on Saturday 27th April. Before I purchased I tested the display sofa in 2 different stores and both sofas were very soft, plush and cosy to sit on (in comparison to other sofas on display), which is why I chose the Miami sofa. My sofa is very hard and stiff, and not soft in the slightest - it feels like the other sofas I sat on that I didn’t like because of how hard they were. Is it normal for the sofa to be so hard? If so, how long will it take to soften up and is there anything I can do to speed up the process to get it as soft as the 2 display sofas I tried? Thanks! :)

Hi there Laura! As our sofas in-store have been on display and enjoyed by many customers while in-store, the foam has softened up over time as your very own sofa will with general use. This is a very common and the sofas you see in-store are exactly the same as the one delivered to your home, so you can be assured over time your own sofa will soften up.
