I recently purchased a 9 piece dinning table and unfortunately when delivered two chairs were missing and the table was incorrectly manufactured, therefore we couldn’t put it together. After an email and phone call to the store we purchased from we were told we would receive a new table with the delivery of the two missing chairs - I was thrilled with the prompt follow up and response from the staff in the store. However on delivery day, instead of a new table I was given materials to build the table and complete things that should have been done during the manufacturing stage. Terrible product for $2,400... will not shop their again and encourage everyone to stay away, Dave your money, time and stress.

Hi everyone Beware buying anything from from focus on especially south wharf.we bought new leather lounge on 18th of dec & delivered on 19th with cuts & scratches on leather sofa.we contacted store they are not taking responsibility and Manager said its outside company and we have to contact them. Focus on organised this delivery and should be their responsibility. Its very harassing. Its worse deal than buying pre used stuff. We wasted $4000 money and now we are wasting time.

the leather lounge is very comfortable and we are very pleased. the sales person arranged for it to be delivered to us in Sydney. it was assembled for us. it was delivered on time as promised.

The South wharf store was very impressive also very easy to navigate through and amazing range, we found what we wanted without compromise with the quality we expected no assembly required

The furniture for the price is always great value and my pick of places to shop when fitting out places. Wall hangings and accessories need some work and can be expensive for what they are. The staff at South Wharf are always great to deal with.

Our new couches were delivered on time but when I came home I found all the carboard packing and plastic wrapping was just left at the side of the house.
I then had to cut it all up to fit in my car and drive to a recycle plant for disposal.
I would have though it was the delivery guys job to take the packing with them.

The lady at the store was fantastic with her advice and expertise, great skills and good customer service. I will visit the store again for sure and will ask for Sabrina.

Service in store was great.
Delivery was average with the driver quoting $20 to take a mattress upstairs. Most bedrooms are upstairs.

Stores well laid out, helpful staff, reasonable pricing for quality and delivery was easy manage. Only reason for 4 stars is the delivery of the sofa took over a month but that was expected.

The store experience was positive - we were offered assistance as we entered but preferred to browse on our own. When we decided what we were after the service was great and very quick to process and easy to schedule delivery. The delivery drivers gave notice of the time they were due and the app to track their location is fantastic. They assembled it quickly and were friendly and professional. We are very happy with the comfort and quality of the sofa and think value for money is excellent.

The Store, the sales person, the price, the delivery and assembly were exceptional ... then I needed to dispose of a very large quantity of packaging, including styrofoam. Not an easy task in a suburban/domestic situation. Considering many other retailers of household goods & furniture now either, remove it automatically or offer removal at a moderate cost. Catch-up Focus On !!

Went searching for my future dream couch at Focus On Furniture, they had a wide range to choose from and because of that I found the one that I wanted! The delivery guys were also great and assembled the whole couch by themselves really quickly with no hassle!
