This was my first ever build so i went into the process with a large number of unknowns. The process was clearly explained to me and it was a pleasure to observe the build as it developed. I was able to visit and see the house as it was constructed. The workmanship was of exceptional quality and definitely fulfilled all my expectations. Building a house for me was as easy process with no hidden fee's or stressful decisions and I put this down to the exceptional team at Dalby G.J Gardner. They were perfect and i couldn't recommend a better builder.

I would say that our workmanship and build is 8/10

We are very happy with our home except for a few things. The quality of the workmanship is average. The build was not managed very well. If our site supervisor was onsite more to manage the build and contractors, it would have been a different story. The internal painting is very poor in general throughout the home (it was the painters first job with GJ and their last). The external render has cracked substantially in places. Our internal doors don't close. The striker plate has not been position correctly and has been adjusted so many times that they have made an absolute mess of the door frames. You don't expect to build a new home and have doors that don't close. I am unsure if I would recommend GJ Gardner Gympie.

The workmanship on our home was of a very very high standard. We were very impressed and thankful we had such fabulous trades people who were perfectionists. Our site manager Carl had a 'can do' attitude and nothing was too much of a drama for him. He always kept us in the loop, even taking photos of the build along the way and sending them through the same day. The support and service from GJ Gardener Homes was second to none and would gladly build with them again. Thank you for building our dream Hamptons home, on a very tricky block.

We're a couple in our 60's and after a lifetime of buying, selling, renovating, owner-building etc. we wanted a completed home. Leah quickly got our wishes rolling. Rob very efficiently managed the build and tradesmen who always communicated with us. The build was completed quicker than expected and of a very high standard. There were no misunderstandings or surprise charges. Our requests were always answered efficiently. Would not hesitate to recommend G.J.Gardner Sunshine Coast South.

Our first lovely home Fernbank 266 built by GJ Gardner Sunshine Coast South and the experience was excellent from start to finish. Nice to deal with the whole team from Salesman to Office administration staff to Site supervisor and even every one on site.
Site supervisor was excellent and carried out quality construction work and all internal fixtures are well above the expectations. Handover done on time and no surprises (extra$$) on final invoice

GJ Gardner Gold Coast have proved to be a very trustworthy and professional business who are 100% committed to doing an excellent job. GJ Gardner are extremely flexible, giving clients options that many other builders don't offer. Communication is excellent - our salesperson, office staff and supervisor have never been difficult to reach. All phone calls and emails have been answered promptly. We are so happy with our new house, definitely a positive experience and would build with GJ Gardner again.

The Gold Coast North team did a great job in building our home. From a couple of individuals such as Mat, Ashlee and Beau to the team of Site Managers and subcontractors, I was extremely impressed by the workmanship/professionalism they showed throughout the build. I would highly recommend this good team who in my opinion stand out from all other project builders in the area. When l build again in the near future l will not be looking anywhere else.

The build quality has been really great, minor issues have all been fixed with no hassle.
From start to finish every step was explained extremely well in easy to understand terms.
The service and support has been professional to say the least.
The team at the Dalby office were always helpful and made the whole process an easy and enjoyable experience.

Built our First Home with G.J Gardner Springfield and must say had an amazing experience. Great service, staff was helpful and responsive through out the whole process. Our Building supervisor was flexible and kept us up to date through out the whole building process. We didn't have any prior knowledge or experience of the build process as this was our first home so they were really patient in answering our queries. Would highly recommend them.
