I ordered a pricey Leather Lounge with 14 weeks ETA delivery which commenced mid of July 2022. Now it's 3rd of Sep and I have no clue where my lounge is. Every time I am close to ETA they ask 2 more weeks for delivery. I paid full price upfront at store in advance and had no idea where I am falling. Lost the charm of putting new lounge in my new house which is not that new anymore.

Purchased a corner leather lounge from Harvey Norman Carindale 4 years ago and the leather is cracking in the same place on both of the recliners. I chose to shop at Harvey Norman because I believed that they sold superior products to other stores. Obviously I was wrong and I do not want others to make the same mistake. Higher prices does not mean better quality.

I was looking for an additional sofa for my mother, she did want a matching chair so I visited HN Midland WA and the Sales Representative was very attentive, as there were previous purchases from this store We received a very generous discount without asking however I was more impressed with the Sales Representatives positive and genuine attitude.

We went into Watergardens Harvey Norman looking for a couch, we met Ohran and he found a couch for us and it was perfect, we had been to a few stores but none were as helpful and accommodating, we will surely Be back.

Great product. Helpful staff who price matched for us. Lounge suite was delivered on time and very well packaged. We were also able to take packaging back to the store for recycling

Purchased Corner Modular. When it arrived it felt very soft and saggy nothing like we saw in the Store. Called Harvey Norman and the Manager of that particular Department and one of his workers came out within a few days to inspect. Straight away they agreed with us and the whole amount was refunded back to us. Service outstanding and would not hesitate in purchasing from them again due to their after sales service.

A large variety of quality furniture. A good selection. I end up hours in these shops. So much to see. Great chairs beds mattresses. A budget for everyone which is great.

have had the pleasure of being treated with respect and not been treated as an idiot when asking questions that were of concern to me. store are spacious and easy to negotiate ; the negotiations were settled and everything was reiterated so there was no confusion on both parties,a very pleasant outcome,highly recommended.

Purchased a woollen rug on sale at Harvey Norman. Can't say this vendor is a favourite, however, the service I received from the sales assistant was excellent and I can and will highly recommend Harvey Norman Preston to anyone wishing to purchase floor coverings.

Recliners came in 2 parts...very easy to assemble. Extremely happy with the quality. Great selection to choose from. With help from staff they were able to direct us to the chairs that suited us.

Still waiting on a delivery from three weeks ago.....supposed to come today but it’s 6.15 pm and still the product is not here. No care no responsibility from the proprietor of the store

Bought a lounge suit that was delivered the 4/6/2019, the same day we unpacked it and noticed some damage on the chair.
Called HN Launceston about the problem, after numerous calls and messages nothing has been done so far, we are the 5/8/2019!
Appalling after sale service, as they are one of the few furniture retailers around Launceston they probably think that they are indispensable and act as they're pleased with customers!
What a contrast with IKEA Victoria on the mainland! Prompt delivery (actually cheaper than HN) and undamaged products. Next time I'll be using IKEA again.

Got thousands of dollars of Furniture and electrical appliances from them 1st they stuffed up with the delivery Then they didn’t send one item and my side glass tables had mould inside the Drawers called up complained they said send photos I did they told me that couldn’t b from us sorry and never responded send more emails still no response the lady was so rude as well

Family was in need of a larger outdoor setting. Visited Harvey Norman for a non related item and spotted the 'Montreal' 13-Piece Oval Dining Setting. Size, quality and price was attractive. A sturdy Karri Gum timber table with 10 dining chairs and 2 'lazy susans' to finish it off. Ideal for my next get-together. I negotiated the price with some timber oil included then had it delivered within a few days. Many boxes needed many hours to oil & assemble, (approximately 10 hours of effort); however, I'm very pleased with the result. It makes an impressive statement rather than creating 'make-shift' settings from foldable tables and chairs.
