We moved into our new home just before Christmas. Paul and Sharon really pushed to have us in before Christmas and we really appreciated their support throughout the whole building process.
We love our new home and cannot recommend Hotondo Junee highly enough. Our build was on a sloping block and we made some alterations to the design that Hotondo had. We were so impressed with their professionalism, support and communication that resulted in our great home. Love our sunset views!

I have recently moved into my new Hotondo Home in Ararat. The project was very well managed from the initial discussions through to completion. The staff were friendly, helpful and knowledgeable, dealt with any issues quickly and efficiently and I found their colour consultant most helpful. It was obvious from our first meeting with Adam that we were in good hands. Everything was explained ... our needs, requirements and budget considered. All workmanship throughout construction was high quality and there was consistent contact with Builder, Staff and and Site Manager, Kel. All issues were minor and dealt with accordingly. The final cost was as quoted and maintenance follow up with the company has been very much appreciated. As stated ... we are very happy with our new holiday home and would highly recommend Adam and his team to anyone building a new home!

After a terrible customer service experience with a different builder and losing my deposit, I can honestly say that I wouldn't be in my new home if it wasn't for Brett and the team at Hotondo Homes, Ballarat.
Brett worked wonders to meet my concerns, budget, and specifications, yet he maintained all inclusions, and upon moving in I couldn't be happier! Other than two small hiccups - site supervisor changed half-way through, and build time went one week over - the end result is a high-quality (and overly customised) build for a sensational price. We moved in just before Christmas, which ensured the perfect end to 2022!
Hotondo might not ever want to deal with me again, as I'm super OCD, but I'd definitely build with them every time.

The team at Hotondo have been extremely helpful in the pre-construction process. Not at all pushy which is a massive plus. Have chipped in with ideas and helped work through any obstacles due to our irregular shaped block. Happy to tell us how it is rather than give excuses or do the usual sales pitch.
