Excellent value, easy site to navigate. We used Insurengo lots of times for cruising before COVID hit, so glad they are back on board. I recommend them warmly and wouldn’t use anyone else.

As always, InsureandGo provided the best value for comprehensive travel insurance coverage. As senior travellers this gives us peace of mind and we can attest to their compassion and care following an accident overseas several years ago. The policy application and medical screening was easy to do online and now that travel has opened up we look forward to resuming our travel dreams safe in the knowledge that InsureandGo has us covered.

Spent an hour trying to understand insurance situation. The call centre is overseas. I cannot understand their accent and they keep reading the PDS, which I already know. I wanted clarification on the PDS wording. Waste of time. I want to speak to someone in Australia. Not going ahead.

2nd time using this insurance, disappointing that it increased in price by double in less than 3 months for less days

1st time Using InsureandGo - Good Price for Cruise Coverage especially as Cruise cover is hard to find & expensive. Had Covid19 Cover which was great, a lot do not for Cruises. Only one bad thing the Covid19 cancellation before you leave wouldn't cover what I have spent if we need to claim.
Very easy to apply.
Haven't made a claim as haven't gone on the holiday yet - hopefully will not need to claim.

I have used this company on numerous accasions and I find the process easy to use. I have not made a claim so I cannot comment on the claims process

We specifically took out this travel insurance because it covered COVID. Unfortunately we did get covid at the end of our cruise which meant rescheduling flights home etc. Our insurance covered the extra costs involved. The email responses we received in notification of our problem and the claim procedure were prompt, courteous and helpful. So much so that I have just insured again with Insure and go.

Good Value . only use this company for my international trips and have recommended to family and friends as well

In 2020 I took out my first policy with Insure and go. Unfortunately I was unable to go and claimed through this policy. I found it easy to do and fairly fast, not sure exactly maybe 8 to 10 weeks. I have just taken out another policy as I am travelling again in 2023.

Great value for money and easy to navigate through website. Took only a short amount of time and excellent comparing it with other travel insurance on the market.

Was impressed with how easy the site is to navigate. Booked for a group of 6 and it's the first time we have used Insure and Go. No claims as yet but the product has been recommended to me by a number of people.

We have used Insure And Go a number of times now for international travel.
We have found them to be the best all round travel insurance that we could find.
As we have never lodged a claim, I wonder if this company will look at client history and offer some form of discount when we are applying for future travel insurance?
There are some things on the Policy that do not apply to us, and I believe it would be beneficial if we could not only select those components that are applicable to us but also very the sums insured.
As we had to book some components of our travel 12 months in advance, maybe this company could offer some form of temporary cover note that covered us until we were able to complete the formal cover.

Four policies previously taken....another 3 policies purchased but yet to activate.
Disappointed that multi-trip polices currently not available.
Claim lodged due to contracting COVID-19 in Thailand was paid out promptly in full for mandatory hospital 10 day quarantine over total period of 12 days in quarantine hotel.

First time using this insurance company. Was reasonably easy to set up and obtain recognition and acceptance of prior medical conditions. One of the only companies and policies providing a better range of cover for COVID.
