Does all that I require at the moment

We have only experienced the occasional dropout, probably caused from a combination of inclement weather when everyone would have been inside, plus onset of school holidays when heaps of people would have been utilising the system.
When we had one small problem, the support staff at Internode were extremely courteous and helpful and assisted me to resolve the issue first up and everything is working fine now

Simple and straight forward set up process with reliable internet coverage. Had a couple of hiccups with data overuse as you are not automatically informed when you reach or exceed your data allowance. This has been resolved now by upgrading at minimal cost to the unlimited data plan. Important thing is service team are local and they deal with your inquiry in an efficient and friendly manner.

Could not ask for better

I have been online since about 1993, with several ISP's. Internode is by far the best and I am a completely satisfied customer. I think I've been with Internode for about 11 years. Connection excellent, and on the occasions I've called support they've been invariably helpful. Any problem I've had (new machines etc) has been solved. I am not getting paid for this review.

This ISP never disappoints

I'm with Internode for over a decade. I chose them because they were the most technologically advanced, for example - the first to offer IPv6 in Australia.

The many moves and technology transitions worked flawlessly. There were only few times I had to call Internode for support, and every time I had resolution at the first contact. The callback without losing place in the queue works.

I can sincerely recommend Internode.

I've had a seamless transition from ADSL2 (with another service provider) to NBN with Internode. I've had trouble free connection with no dropouts for months. One recent enquiry was sorted within 30 seconds. Highly recommend Internode

Awful Awful inconsistent performance

Wish i didn't sign up with Internode dreadful inconsistent performance from 5mbps to 38mbps nothing close to the paid for service speed.
and the PINGS omg the pings in the 100-250 to Sydney you'd better not be gaming on their service.
How hard is it to give people consistant pings..... I don't care about the download speed.
they have sunk a long way since being the gamer's choice ISP.
Don't be a fool like me and look elsewhere.

What a difference this plan has made

Well the new plan started at 42 and this morning 37, we had a plan of 20 before so it’s great, we always like internode for the past 20 years We enjoyed a great service, and yesterday again we waited just 10 minutes before we had a friendly talk about our options and you bend backwards to help us .

They make everything so easy

An Internode client since they began in multiple premises and with multiple accounts. Never an issue that could not be resolved quickly with one email request or phone call - and that has only occurred a handful of times in over 20 years. Tech support has always quick and easy. There are many alternatives out there but why bother when Internode is so consistently reliable.

Internode Support for NBN

My NBN 50 is stable now at about +/- 40Mbps, after some help from Internode.
This involved troubleshooting telephone (copper) lines at our premises.
Unfortunately, the infrastructure (FTTN) means that this is probably as good as I can expect, however as stated the connection is now stable, and I don't seem to have any significant drop outs. My start (4/5) rating relates really to the government infrastructure decision about hybrid delivery, rather than FTTP.
A very important factor for me is that I have found support from Internode to be exceptional. Even in times as now (COVID-19) they are great at getting back, put effort into helpful information and strategies, and follow up very well. 5/5 for them.

In the time I have been with Internode, quite long, I have never had any complaints about them. Their help on the phone when I was having difficulties with NBN was excellent, even to the extent of talking to me to set up my new modem. Every phone query was handled efficiently with very helpful staff. When I have had to visit their office in Adelaide. Again friendly service.
I would recommend Internode to anyone considering an internet supplier.

My current connection is very reliable and I have not suffered any dropouts.

Best provider I have tried

Connection has been very reliable. Only very occasional drop outs, and have been this whole area (so unrelated to Internode). I am somewhat rurally located, though we have NBN FTTN.

Any issues I have had have been resolved quickly after calling. Generally email has been quick, though calling is very fast (have never had to wait on hold for more than 15 minutes, as opposed to over an hour with Telstra multiple times in the past).

Service has been much better than I would have expected from any provider after being with both Optus and Telstra in the past.

Good customer service

I have been with Internode for more than 2 years, and I had only 1 issue with connection where the problem lies on NBN cable. The customer service and technical support are generally responsive to any issue; they promptly arrange for NBN to send technician for the connection issue after some initial testing. 2 days ago when I called to upgrade my plan to a different plan than I initially chosen due to the current convid19 situation, I was served after 10-minute on hold (which is pretty good considering Optus put me onhold for almost 1 hr few years ago), and they changed the plan for me without any hassle. I am happy with the service they provided so far. Good work and keep it up.

We have been an internode customer for over ten years, during two moves, changes to NBN and other general internet changes. Internode has always been amazing to deal with. So helpful, reliable and understandable. Customer service alone would keep me as their customer, but the NBN has been reliable with great speeds so I'm happy. I also have my mobile with them, and it is a great plan.

I've been with Internode for around 4 years. I am so happy with Internode. They have a very reliable and fast connection. Drop-outs never seem to happen which is great. They are also very well priced for their plans. I wouldn't change to any other ISP else at this stage.

Been with internode for 4 days. Signed up for unlimited 50/20 speed. When I log into my account my usuage says 0 gb but been using the net a lot.

I was with NBN then moved to another company did that that while in the cooling period for another provider,why I was sent a bill to pay if another provider was providing the service??

There are no cooling off periods on our services. If you've signed up for a service and it was connected, then you will be charged for it.
